We enjoyed a delightful lunch at this restaurant, with delicious food and friendly staff. Although the seating area is a bit cozy, we would definitely return in the future.

Magnificent location of obligatory stop. If you sleep you immediately transfer to the outlander series. The correct food and breakfast. The Cameron room is not recommended as the shower doesn't work and gets flooded. There is no cleaning service either. Frankly that point could be improved A shame. The location is excellent in the heart of Falkland. A quiet and charming town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the square. Very friendly people. Good breakfast. The only inconvenience we had was that the heating was not on and we were a little cold. The hotel also does not have parking, but there are free parking areas nearby. My wife is a big fan of Highlander so we stayed here partly because of that, and partly to use it as a base to see other areas around. There isn't much in the village, but it is lovely. For the guest house itself, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms really cosy and comfortable, staff are super friendly, and good craic in the bar. Initial seating and food service was good. Food was tasty. However, giving one star because after waiting 40 minutes for our coffee and cake order, we were shocked to see locals who placed their order 20 minutes after ours getting served. When I questioned this, we were asked to leave for causing a scene . Chatting with locals at the bus stop afterwards, Oh, I 'm not surprised hearing this, they have been like this since the show .
