"We arrived on time and placed our orders with a staff member about 10 minutes after arriving. However, she forgot to bring our drinks, and we waited over 30 minutes for them. My friend had to approach the waitress to inquire about the drinks. After that, we still didn’t receive our food, and other customers who arrived after us were served first. We ended up waiting more than 1.5 hours for our meals because the waitress had forgotten to submit our order to the kitchen. Unfortunately, we were the last table to be served, and it was quite disappointing."
