"A choice recommended by a friend who brings us to this brewery! When we arrive, a person greets us with a health pass, we take to a table we live an atmosphere that radiates with the frame that we take an aperitif with a careful waitress, we offer the map look at the menus that we will choose and to my great surprise, the meal worthy of a hos restaurant from the entrance to the dessert until the service that I advise you absolutely for a good meal with a good relationship of quality thanks to them"

After the market we came to lunch: everything was very good! The apero, the butternut houmous entrance and the seeds with the small autumn vegetables were at the top. We really enjoyed it! The staff is welcoming and the room is pleasant. We'll be back!

Everything was fine, till the music starts. It was so loud and the basstones were to much. We want to eat with friends an one of us have a hearing aid. He had to switch it off and couldn’ t partizipate in any discussion. We really like music normaly, but this was to much. We enjoy the food and the service was attentiv and very friendly but the sound-engeneering was terrible.

"We were interested in trying Le Cantou as it as it is described as a country manor house in the middle of the Toulouse Airport and Airbus complex. The write up could not be more descriptive as you drive into the parking area and are swallowed up by a beautiful green garden with a large ancient country manor home. The location is beautiful and other than the occasional airplane landing nearby, the ambiance was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and were able to communicate with us in both English and French and they actually tried to help improve our French when we spoke with them. The meal started with a very nice amuse bouchée, although my photo did not workout well. It was an Mousse de fois gras over a confiture du fraise. For our entrees Jo Ann had the Grilled Scallops, Cream of zucchíní with garlíc, candied onions bell, sesame shortbread, fried chilli. For my entree I had the Grilled Quail Fillets, «focaccía», chorizo cream, roasted carrots, picked peppers and chocolate meat juices. Both entrees were outstanding. For our main plat Jo Ann had the Roasted Lamb, lentils with bacon, Smoked Burrata Cream, Green Beans wrapped with lardons, in a thyme juice. Her only “complaint” was that the meat was somewhat over cooked for our tastes so it seemed a little dry. For my main plat I had the Stewed Veal Shank (at a low temperature), mashed potatoes with garlic confit, fresh vegetables in a red wine sauce. This was a very tasty meal. Our wine for the meal was a Demi bottle of Chateau Haut Gléon 2013. It was a nice afternoon wine although it was a little dry for Jo Ann.Dessert consisted of Strawberry Parfait, homemade strawberry ice cream with a mélange of fresh berries, Chantilly cream and strawberry sorbet for Jo Ann. My dessert was the Dessert du jour, a very flavorful fresh dessert with fresh melons and strawberries, a Meringue and speculoos ice cream. We followed this up with a wonderful expresso coffee, the restaurant offers four different brands ranging from a strong Brazilian expresso to a more mild lightly roasted coffee. We of course took the stronger flavored coffee."

"Excellent reception. To begin with, our choice was on the cocktail at the citrus fruit of the house which was very fresh. The appetizers were wanted and very good. The mouth was very tasteful and delicious. Field bread, cereals and onions/citron were offered. I tasted the three and they were all very good. My favorite was that with lemon onions that was original. In the entrance, the foie gras was good, very well presented and of sufficient quantity but I was disappointed by its quality, I expected it to be better and I found that the pepper jelly of Espelette denaturated it. The first dish was a cod. The plate was very well presented. The fish cooking was perfect, and its accompaniments were very well prepared and seasoned. Then the pigeon was rosé as we had asked, the flaps married very good with the potimarron and the ravioli was fresh and melting. It was rich in taste and we enjoyed it. Very nice presentation for dessert. It was delicious with fresh figs and the wine was very tasteful. The mignardises were all succulent and refined. The staff is professional, attentive, attentive and pleasant. The service was irreproachable, of high quality, effective and attentive. He was present but not unbearable. We always had a detailed description of the dishes that were served to us, the water and the breads were served regularly, the cutleries were changed to us for each meal and we were taken away the bread slices just before dessert. The kitchen is of very good quality, respectful, modern, inventive, refined, shifted by some associations that came out of the ordinary with mixtures of exotic and unexpected flavors. And there is a very nice wine list at all prices. At the level of prices of stars necessarily they are high but given in its context they remain correct. It's a very clean restaurant, and the sanitary are impeccable."
