"Didn't eat here. Called an hour in advance to reserve a table, as they score very well on TripAdvisor. When I arrived I already had my reservations but we sat down anyway. All sour faces around us and finally the owner(? comes to us to say that she didn't have enough staff and that it would take a very long time before we would get food. Fair enough, but I also asked her why she hadn't indicated this in advance when I had called an hour earlier? Then I wouldn't have had to bother to drive there and I could have chosen something else with my family and could have eaten in the meantime. One of the highlights of our recent (Oct2019) trip to Ibiza. Es Canar is a delight and the Prince Albert served us a great meal. If you are a gin connoisseur you will love this place as they have a great number of unusual and ordinary gins and several different tonics if you like to combine it. The food quality is their strong point. We didn't have pizza but it looked luscious! We chose the fish chips which seems to be their most popular. You won't find better anywhere! The chips are made excellently and the cod is of (imho) the best quality and perfectly prepared fried. If you are in Es Canar and want a great meal check out the Prince Albert!
