"It's a small pub located just behind Imperial college, a very convenient place to hang out after your hectic day. So it was a norm to meet at the pub every Thursday after the classes. Although I have missed most of the fun sessions here, the few that I had attended are worth remembering. It was my batch's favorite hang-out joint The place is generally very busy, so you need to find a space for yourself. The ambiance is totally English with wooden flooring, tables and chairs Being a teetotaler during college, I ordered orange juice to network with my batch mates. It has a decent variety of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Their garlic focaccia bread is worth mentioning, it was...read more"

Excelent place for lunch after long walk in area. I love atmosphere over there. Old, good England. Food is delisious. Even starter: bread and butter really tasteful.

look for the curved front door!. I managed to walk in a back ally near as I tried to find this place, but once I found it, I was thrilled (I got big kick out of the big curved house door as well as great atmosphere- I would come back definitiw!

a pretty hole in the wall. Just keep it with English brews on hahn, a good selection of draughts, ipas, stouts and cervezas. good fish and chips, perfectly boiled haddock served with well seasoned maic of the heaps. a good size when it comes to the burger. truffle and cheeses must try. good place to open a cold with the young.

Maybe it was my luck, but my buddies and I didn't have the best of experiences here. We all joined to watch the footy to find enough screens to watch the game in full view, but as we came to order our food (burgers and steaks), it took at least over mins to arrive to find the meats weren't cooked as requested and it was cold anyway.

I have no idea who the idiot is, remembering to freeze huge lambs in pfeffer and vodka sauce, but with that if it is not one of the most delicious things I have ever tried. they still offer crispy meat, they pack a pretty taste with each bite a bit hard at first place, but as soon as their mouth gets used to the alcohol, they will not rest until there is nothing left on the teller. ah, there is also a wonderful selection of ales, lagder and such; which are a great help to create the friendly environment found in the pub every night, with students and young adult relax after a hard day of work. a great place to visit again and again!

We were taken to The Queen's Arms pub in London by our hosts to experience the true British pub. The pub is located in a prime locality near the Imperial college and also where many of the rich and famous live (that's what my host said The pub has a very old world charm to it right from the board outside to the seating and décor inside. It is a relatively small pub with limited seating. Since we were a large group we had a booking and all of us crammed into one of the corners. Since I don't drink I only had one of the juices while my colleagues had a good time trying out the different beers Overall a nice little place to experience a traditional British pub!

Tucked away on Queens Gate Mews, the Queens Arms is my first port of call at close of business on Friday. It is a popular haunt for nearby Imperial lecturers trying, and failing, to escape their students! If you'd like a seat, get there early because this lively little pub packs out very quickly I tried it for lunch a few weeks ago but was quite disappointed. The only staff member on duty appeared inexperienced and slow, and had to inform us several times that various ales had run out. Vegetarian options on the menu were poultry, and the food that I did have was lacking in flavour. Notwithstanding, I would still recommend it in the evening for a drink or two.

Located right next to Imperial College South Ken campus in a picture perfect mews, this is a great little pub to get away from the students and bump into professors. I usually go on Friday or Thursday evenings for a few pints and it's always a good laugh. The pub is always heaving with people, on Fridays it's sometimes hard to get in but I've never waited long to get a round in. The drinks are more expensive than at Imperial union but the quality of beer is much higher (they serve British ales, lagers and strong cider) I've not eaten here and haven't seen anyone with food but I know it's the same owner as the Builder's Arms just down the road and the food is great there so I imagine...read m...
