We couldn’t have had a better experience. Lina and team treated us like absolute royalty and the food was divine. Nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere was wonderful. We’ll be back!

Lovely welcome but the service was not very attentive during the sitting. We had to ask for top-ups of the tea on several occasions. The table was in the middle of the walkway on some bouncy floorboards so felt like having tea on a boat. Not quite sure it was worth the min per person

They were really nice staff who were really helpful. I had the vegan tea and was one of the best i have had. I can’t recommend the apricot white tea enough, had multiple servings. The visual was again one of the best. They had lots of interesting drink options, actually did the wine pairing which was good. View menu

We received a warm welcome, but the service was lacking attentiveness throughout our meal. We had to request refills of tea multiple times. Our table was situated in a high-traffic area with bouncy floorboards, giving the feeling of dining on a boat. Unsure if the experience was worth the minimum £54 per person.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I tried the vegan tea and it was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend the apricot white tea, I had multiple servings. The presentation of the drinks was impressive. They had a variety of interesting drink options, I also did the wine pairing which was good.

The staff and ambiance at The Rosebery were superb. It was a fantastic way to spend a rainy afternoon indoors safely! I can't recommend this place enough. My husband and I chose to do the wine pairing with the Afternoon Tea and it was delightful. The entire staff explained each item with great precision and knowledge. Every detail was accounted for and appreciated. Next time we go back we are going to try the infamous Sake pairing! View menu

A special treat for a friend expecting her first child. Tom, our waiter was exemplary in his care and attention to detailing the delights on offer for our Winter Afternoon Tea in The Rosebery. Our special needs' were met above our expectations and made the experience an absolute delight. My friend and bump' throughly enjoyed the afternoon and was surprised and delighted with her special pastry made for the occasion saying Congratulations'.

Have been looking for an alternative treat to a short holiday this was it, the food was lovely, the ambiance was perfect, I loved that the room could retain the traditional tea room vibe without being high end' detracting from that, the staffs professional persona is excellent and I enjoyed the overall experience Only constructive criticism I have is that the table was low with limited room mine was a touch exposed but then I like to be tucked out the way being low and standing out means it's hard for the waiter not to tower over you somewhat

I have been searching for a unique dining experience to complement my short holiday, and this restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was ideal, and I appreciated that the room maintained a traditional tea room vibe without feeling overly upscale. The staff's professional demeanor added to the overall excellent experience. The only constructive criticism I have is that the tables were low and there was limited space. My table felt a bit exposed, but I personally prefer being tucked away in a corner. Nonetheless, being low to the ground made it a bit awkward when the waiter was towering over me. View menu
