"The Neck of the Forest is a great spot for business meetings. It’s a lovely pub just around the corner, very clean, and follows all the necessary COVID regulations. The staff is polite and welcoming, and there’s no need to make a reservation. The pub grub is excellent; I had the turf and surf, and the small rump steak was cooked to perfection—absolutely delicious! There are many decorative touches, including some elephant-themed decor, which adds a nice charm. Overall, it offers good value and great beer. It's a delightful little pub!"

"This is a lovely pub featuring a large parking area and a pool table. They have a unique policy where the winner of the pool game stays on for the next challengers, but since we visited on the weekend, it wasn't overly crowded. We enjoyed some delicious cheesy chips, and the staff was friendly. The drinks were also fairly priced."

Lovely local pub with very friendly staff. The young waiter couldn't do enough for us and was running around after everyone, working very hard. My lasagne was quite dry but the steak pie had rave reviews from the rest of the group, so I definitely regret my choice!
