"As it was the lunchtime before Easter break, the service was rather slow. Took roughly 25 minutes for our food to arrive..but there was good service and the food was tasty, delicious crispy chips and generous chicken ciabatta. will be coming back as I work nearby."

There was a lot of business groups , and loud chatter but they really tried to ensure that we had a nice quiet table and excellent experience .

Our first team lunch at work was held at The Holy Place, located in the beautiful Paternoster Square near St. Paul's Cathedral. One of the things I love most about London is...

The Holy Restaurant is situated in the shadow of the cathedral. The building is literally crumbled into the left wing of Paternoster Square, making it a unique and interesting place to dine.

Service slow despite being about a quarter-full. Feels more like a pub than a restaurant. But the food was quite tasty (especially the English greens side dish). Nice views of St. Paul's. Not bad on the whole.

The food was delicious. The menu had a wide variety of options. I enjoyed a glass of wine and a smoked chicken salad. I ended my meal with a refreshing fresh mint tea. The restaurant is conveniently located near where I work.

We go to The Saint often and are never disappointed, the food and ambience are always great and the staff are super friendly, it does get busy at times which slows things down but hey it's London and expected on Friday lunchtimes!

The restaurant is more a bar with food and so loud having a conversation with anyone further than an inch from you is practically impossible. I'd go back for drinks but most definitely not for dinner, as I prefer conversation instead of loud music with my meal.

Hard to even rate as didn't get to try the food as weren't instructions of having to prebook a set menu was not made clear when we booked the table online. Staff didn't even notice when we got up to leave 10 mins after we arrived which summed up the awful service
