"Fabulous place! I loved every minute of it. The hosts were wonderful and gave our puppy so much attention we could easily have felt left out. We had the full English for breakfast and didn 't feel all 'greased out ' which can happen and the lovely assortment of buffet continental cold meats kept Jelly happy . Dinner was sublime...... and we booked a return visit in the car on the way back home!!! What more can you say!"

The stay was really great, even if only for one night. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant, but there's always next time! Definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at The Shaven Crown for the night with my partner. It is such a beautiful building with a lot of history. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the food was lovely! It is in a great location too- I would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Shipton-Under-Wychwood this past week and we had a dinner and multiple breakfasts at their restaurant. The food and atmosphere was just lovely. The owners made us feel so at home and welcome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone staying in or around Shipton. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!!

We received a wonderful and warm welcome upon our arrival. The room was beautiful and well-furnished, making it feel luxurious. The quality of the furniture was evident, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant served excellent food. We stayed in the Shipton room, which was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.
