"Now as a big fan of pasties and pies I'm always going to be biased. But what this little gem of a store holds is more than just the flavoursome, traditional and authentic pasties from Cornwall. It has character, brought by wonderful, friendly staff and heart ♥ with a wonderful selection of tasty bites/snacks, fresh coffee and quality tea from the UK. From talking to owner Dan, they also offer a party/catering service or you can even order your favourite pasties for self home baking. I hope this store finds its way into the hearts of the German locals and beyond, because really, they will miss out on a very British, hearty and warm experience which has so much to offer. I'll definitely be heading back soon for more tea and savoury delights."

Stopped in for a quick bite and some coffee. Service was great, food was tasty, and coffee was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere. Nice owner, originally from Britain. Finally a place we can chill out without worrying for language barrier. We have a scone, a steak cornish pasties and a cup of Strawberry Lemonade tea. Totally make my day!

My pasty was under done.Prices are quite high but the place as a whole quite inviting and friendly. I might try another of their pasties if It was bought for me. But if not, I'll pass from now on. An under done pasty in place specialising in Pasties is an absolute 'No-No' (dough was raw and had me feeling funny in the tummy within half an hour). View menu

I've been really surprised when i discovered TTP on the Dürener Straße. Besides this is not my usual area to go for a coffee, i was impressed how i immediately felt as if i was somewhere in england,as soon as i steped in. Ive been there twice now and can only judge the cappuchino, but it was definately wonderful..also the service is lovely, TTP's crew openminded and always up for a joke or two.Really nice.Lucky me I live next door..define coming back.

On our last day we were looking for something filling, nourishing and tasty. The Tasty Pasty Company fitted the bill perfectly. It's a lovely little cafe with a few tables outside and close to a beautiful park. The two men running the place couldn't have been any friendlier. We both had the meat pasties and builders tea. It was the taste of home for us as two Brits. Would definitely frequent this place if we lived in Cologne. We were made to feel like locals.

My buddy and I from the states came by and tried:- cafe latte- americano- carrot cake- peppered steak pasty- chicken & vegi pastyAll were great! Something we have never eaten before and glad we had. Service was great as the english owner let us know what just came out of the oven and brought us our food. He even cut a single slice of cake into two for us without asking. Furthermore, I left my phone behind on the table and he ran down the street to return it. That was huge! Thank you! View menu

Had been walking all morning and had hit that time when only a cup of tea will do. As if by magic, we came upon the Tasty Pasty shop. We hadn't intended to eat at all, but my daughter decided to have a vegan pasty which was surprisingly good - really tasty filling and the pastry (not normally good without some dairy) was great. The highlight though was the builder's tea (strong and perfect), the iced coffee (well it looked good and my son clearly enjoyed it) and the Honey Bee tea which was better than excellent. Delicious and really honey'y!!Very friendly service too.

Being a couple of Aussies in Cologne, for the Christmas Markets, strolling along looking at the many stalls, experiencing the atmosphere, feeling the cold....we came across the Tasty Pasty Company van, with very friendly staff. Many varieties of Pasties were available and the offer to have a cup of (free) tea (may I add it was leaf tea in a tea pot!) We opted for the pepper steak Pasty...it was delicious! Well done and congratulations to the owner of this business.....it I was closer I would be a regular customer, since I highly recommend that you try these Pasties...really yummy!

"In a 5-day stay in Cologne and as a lover of Indian cuisine, we had planned the Ginti. The visit took place on Monday to the beginning of noon. The reception was very friendly and cordial by the Lord of the House. The decor in Ginti is very modern, stylish, but also somewhat sterile and only very discreet supplements with Indian accessories. Young guests will probably find favors in the style of the institution. The place was still empty and so there was a chance to get a brief conversation with the mistress of the house. She brought us the menus, and there were Papadam with three from a culinary point of view pretty boring finished dives. We chose both a mango sauce as a drink that was thin and most likely prepared on the basis of a mango powder. Disgusting! I ordered as main dish Malai Kofta, vegetable balls in a mild curry sauce with ginger, garlic, almonds and coconut. This is not only one of my favorite Indian dishes, but it is also a dish that places higher requirements on a kitchen and therefore cannot be found in any Indian restaurant on the menu. In addition, quality and freshness can be well valued with this bowl. I ordered this dish with a higher sharpness, but not through the sauce, but ultimately through the vegetable balls themselves. The latter were produced excellently and their loose inner composition had the freshness of the preparation felt. This was undoubtedly a 5-star court. My accompaniment had opted for Tandoori King Prawn Masala, marinated royal cloves from Tandoor in a sauce with tomatoes, cashew nuts and raisins. This dish was also very tasty, rather mild and very generous in the number of shrimps. The rice was served unfavorably on an open bowl and had to measure any fragrance and aroma that could originate from cardamom capsules or spice cloves. After the main dishes were convinced, we were curious about the Indian ice cream, Kulfi. This came visually well over a carrot cut into slices, but could not be along tasteful. It was crystallized, little creamy and the aromas of the aforementioned mango powder were reappeared. Conclusion: a highly recommended Indian restaurant due to the excellent main dishes, but not yet matured in its culinary periphery. Therefore, provisionally three stars with an inclination to four."
