"Much larger place then I thought, it's split up into many separate alcoves. The food is very nice, good pub food standard, so perhaps a little on the expensive side. I had steak pie which was delicious, my partner, who is a vegetarian, had little choice so selected fish and chips. The wine list is very extensive, but we had the house Rioja which was good. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Word of warning though, do arrive early and expect to have a drink in the bar, because of Vivid, it's closed. All in all very nice if a little on the expensive side."

came for a jubilee meal and stay, absolutely enthusiastic the food, service was exemplary both evening and breakfast. absolutely nothing too annoying, really recommend and will be back!

Incredible service and absolutely amazing food, couldn't find fault with a single thing. Had the crab bisque to start and it was such an amazing dish. Every bite of each meal was absolutely bang on.

today for lunch, nothing more to say than beautiful from service to eating and great staff, our waiter was a young man, but really nice and friendly and well maintained .so happy, this restaurant on our doorstep xxxx

What really made it a wonderful place to celebrate our wedding anniversary apart from the lovely room , wonderful views and yummy breakfast was the staff you should be proud of your young staff and their attitudes especially Joe and Miles thank you

Amazing food and great service. Chicken parfait was fabulous as was the sirloin main and pannacotta. Starter croquettes were beautiful as was the stroganoff. Will definitely be back with an overnight stay next time. Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon!

Booked a table to eat outside at the Tipi. Greeted by friendly staff and given a table in the sunshine Small but interesting menu with nice choices such as lobster and chips. Beautiful chilled wine and food arrived quickly and hot and tasty. Lovely way to spend a couple of hours thoroughly enjoyed.

Just back from a lovely meal here, its been on my list for years so expectations were high and wasnt let down. Great selection on the menu, ordered the bisque to start and then the sirloin followed by the butterscotch pudding. Was all fabulous including the service. We were in the old part with the pictures on the ceiling, felt really intimate and romantic.

we celebrated at the three farms in the private tasting room. the room itself is amazing with its own private bar and entrance. I can't judge the service enough, nothing was too much for the waiters we had. the food was perfect 25 orders in the night and each person was thrilled by each of their three courses. we would celebrate here in the final and we will definitely be regularly in the restaurant.

Had a lovely lunch here yesterday for my birthday treat. Greeted at reception and taken to our table. Due to snow we were a tad late but no problem and they were happy to wait whilst another guest arrived. The Chilli beef starter was superb followed by fish of the day ..cod on a cauliflower sauce..delicious. The mens Chateaubriand was cooked to perfection. This was all followed by a very yummy gingerbread icecream. Wonderful meal, lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. X
