Booked for Christmas lunch, Home cooked meal, great portions, tasty,lovely atmosphere, everyone was full to bursting, it was a real treat not cooking and washing up. Would definitely recommend it

Used to visit here when it was a pub. Had full english breakfasts which were lovely. Good quality produce and very tasty. Friendly service and a nice little shop. The cakes were home made and looked good. We will be back.

In my opinion, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The cafe serves delicious food at a reasonable price, considering the quality and location. The Sunday roast dinners are especially fantastic. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the farm shop offers a nice variety of products.

Brilliant! It used to be a pub, but they have changed it into a super cafe and farm shop. The all day breakfast I had was super. Generous portion and very good value. Same goes for the soup of the day. The owner and his family were very welcoming and helpful. We will drop in again. Thanks

I stopped by to grab some veggies for Sunday dinner, but they were out of stock. Not a problem at all, as I ended up leaving with pre-cooked vegetables for my dinner. Once I got home and added them to my meal, they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Thank you guys, I will definitely do that again. View menu

Beautiful cafe with a lovely waiter ! Very inviting Adults had steak and ale pie and cheese and onion pie which were delicious!!!!!! The kids meals are very good for money . The food lovely and fruit shoot and ice cream !!!! £5.50! Very recommended for families ! Shop lovely too not too expensive which makes a change for a farm shop

A great stop off for a big breakfast, excellent value for money and good sized portions well cooked. The staff are friendly as is the general atmosphere of the place. It is ideally located near the start of Winnats Pass for those like us on a driving weekend. The farm shop also has a fine selection of goodies to enjoy! We had breakfast there 3 days running!

We frequently pass by this restaurant on our way to other destinations in Derbyshire. We decided to stop in for a quick coffee and toast, but ended up ordering the full breakfasts from the menu. One of us got the vegetarian option and the other chose a non-vegetarian option, both of which were excellent. We also enjoyed two delicious lattes to finish our meal. The staff were very welcoming and the restaurant has a charming village atmosphere. A bonus is that since it used to be a pub, it has full-sized separate toilets, unlike some places that have cramped shared bathrooms converted from pantries. View menu
