"Can only comment on my visit. No telly. No WiFi. No heating. No hairdryer, probably to stop you using it as a heater . No one makes up bed if more than 1 night. No top up tea/coffee. Cut head on wardrobe whilst making a drink as corner jutting out near kettle. and £11.20 for 2 bacardi and cokes. First and last visit. Too many No's. In reply. No WiFi in room as other areas we could log in. Regards injury, maid informed us someone would come see us. No one came. No hairdryer back of bathroom door. We shouldn't have to ask for towels/tea or room check."

If you want the Ritz then pay for the price. If you'd prefer a cheap stay in a cracking location then this offers sound value for money. Clean rooms and friendly service ; recommended.

A very nice clean accommodation with very friendly staff who serve lovely food and drink. Our room had a lovely clear view of the sea so we were able to appreciate the lovely red sunset.

This place was absolutely terrible. I would never come back here. My one-night stay was too much. I can't understand how anyone could give this place a rating higher than 1 star, let alone 5 stars. View menu

Stayed tonight to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we couldn't ask for more! The staff were wonderful and friendly, the room was lovely and had all the amenities. We had dinner in the pub which was really nice and had great singer on for entertainment. We had breakfast too which was delicious. All in all a great experience and worth a stay.

Stayed for a night mid week. Friendly greeting and great service. The rooms are a little tired and basic BUT very clean and serviceable. The beds were very comfy with good quality bed linen. A slight negative was that we had to order our breakfast in the evening we would rather make our minds up in the morning. Would we come back? Definitely. Great value for money. View menu

We were warmly greeted by the entire staff, who were very friendly and welcoming. The bar was lovely and the food was outstanding. The breakfast was generous in size. The room was simple but clean, and we had a comfortable sleep. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a dog towel, bowl, and treats. Additionally, there were bottles of water, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits in the room. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed here Easter Sunday night for one night and also had drinks in the bar. The service was absolutely fantastic, the team here make you feel so welcome. A lovely touch was the doggie package they gave our Labrador, he also loved his stay as they truly are so dog friendly. The drinks were lovely and the room clean and comfortable. We come to Hunstanton regularly for nice walks so we wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

"We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
