Lovely carvery could of done with being a bit hotter great service waitress was polite and helpful

We had a great time with our friends. The food is lovely and you must try the Apple Youdle, it's scrumptious.

Very welcoming, staff were pleasant,clean and presentable. The food was very tasty. The only fault was how clean the toilets were.

Very nice menu, Breakfast +tea, NO GOOD TODAY AS FRONT DOOR CLOSED . , NO BREAKFAST) HOW do you book your car reg in when you cart get to the machine ???

A superb selection of mouth watering lunch dishes at very realistic prices. Thoroughly recommended. First class very attentive service in a lovely location. Plenty of parking but log your car in on arrival.

Haven't been for years and visited on a Thursday night. 2 course menu is great value, carvery was delicious and service was great. My partner wasn't overly keen on his burger but the puddings were also very nice. Will def be back sooner next time

It’s a good value carvery. The food is hot plentiful and well cooked. It’s not gourmet but when a family of 4 can have a nice carvery, puddings and a bottle of wine for £20 a head it’s brilliant value for money. Simon our waiter was very attentive and we enjoyed our visit.

Having been quite regularly recently I’ve found the whole experience very enjoyable each time. We’ve had carvery and everything, including the vegetables has been delicious. The service is excellent, they have a very friendly and helpful team. Ambience is lovely as well it’s a nice well kept venue with the beauty of the river by the side. Thoroughly recommend.

Unfortunately popped in to enjoy a evening with my young family and my wife. Active lack of acknowledgement, actively delaying serving. Incredibly fowl language from customers that suggested they were relations of staff. Drinks lacking in flavour, orange juice and lemonade completely tasteless as was the larger. Appalling atmosphere. An experience I shall not repeat... An awful Pub.
