Nella da dire sulla camera, grande , accogliente e pulita, colazione abbondante, per quanto riguarda la spa è troppo piccola e affollata, non ci sono abbastanza lettini da poter permettere a tutti di usufruirne, siamo rimasti giusto 30 minuti in spa perché una volta finito il percorso siamo rimasti in piedi non essendoci lettini liberi. Spacious and clean room. Nice but overcrowded spa during a week in January. Bought the room with the terrace and discovered on site that it is shared with the room next door. We had to wait 30 minutes beyond the check in time so we were offered a 15 minute partial massage, but as there was only one masseuse the couple massage was not available, leaving one of us alone. Nice hotel with cozy rooms and a friendly service. Also the poolside is nice, even when there are too less places to relax. 2 things to criticize: Unfortunately they haven’t any rooms with balcony or terraces. It seems like the chef or the concept of the Ziba Bistro changed between 2019 and now. When I had really creative and unique dishes like chocolate tagliatelle with crabs or trout with caviar and fennel carpaccio back in the days, the menu is very regular and not fancy now. Discovered almost by chance, we stayed only 2 days in the winter. We will definitely try it also in summer for the swimming pool and visiting the lakefront. Clean and large rooms (but the balcony shared with others... . The card that opens the room and the garage sometimes doesn't work. The SPA is beautiful but as it is it doesn't allow you to relax properly: very noisy because the showers and hydromassage are 2 meters from the relaxation room. Let's add that the usual rude people can't speak but have to shout as if they were at the local market!!! This is why more checks are needed by the staff.

Very very good hotel. Had the Goethe Suite with whirlpool. Very large, clean and separate living area. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was excellent, anyone who finds something to complain about is probably in the wrong hotel category. It's also incomprehensible when someone writes that the good reviews are bought. We booked as normal via the website, two nights in the peak summer season in the suite as mentioned including breakfast for 600 euros. A really good price for Lake Garda. Of course you can also choose cheaper room categories, but then you shouldn't complain if you get a dark room. You get what you pay for. It's like that everywhere.
