The service wasn't good. Couldn't speak a word of German. There was a piece of metal in one of the momos. The spring roll starter was the worst spring roll I had ever eaten. That was my first and last visit. Not recommended in my opinion. A pity View menu

I was looking for a restaurant in the middle of the week in Winthertour. I entered into this one as it was almost full. The welcoming was nice, the place is peaceful. The decoration is simple but nice with tibétain objects and pictures. I took a special Tibetan soup. It was fresh and good.

Unfortunately the service doesn't speak German, that should be the case in the center of Winti. Unfortunately, the new prices are not customer-friendly; the salad suddenly costs extra. Always used to be there. Momos are still good. And the ventilation is still bad. Review from 2 previous guests who probably won't come again.

My wife and I came here for lunch and we were seriously impressed. It is a small restaurant and the menu is simple but the food was really authentically prepared and presented and was fresh and delicious. Very much a family run restaurant we almost felt like we were in their home the service was very friendly and the prices were good. We will definitely be returning! View menu

I am a huge fan of Tibetan food (especially momos) and have been since I was a wee lad. Now I've had momos prepared by Tibetan refugees in various hill stations in India and I have always managed to find a few Tibetan places in the many different European cities I have been to. Tibet Bistro is the only restaurant that makes me feel as if I am back home in Dehradun, eating Momos. Amazingly friendly staff and authentic, excellent, momos. A must try if you enjoy momos, and I don't see any reason why people should not enjoy them.

This lovely small place is very cozy with lot of green plants. Its menu is not huge but still offers a great variety of different dishes which will delight vegetarian as well as carnivores. The Momo's are great, but it will take a while from the time you order until they are finally on your table. The reason is simple; they are freshly steamed just for you. Be aware if you order them as a main course the salad will come with the usual Swiss French dressing. The best: 5dl of Appenzeller Quöllfrisch Beer for just CHF 5.The "worst": Because it is a very small place and the kitchen nearby your cloths will smell of this fine Tibetan food even the day after.
