"First impressions bigger than I expected, very jolly, music good but much too loud. Conversation was difficult given the noise level. Service was slow initially but waitress couldn't have been nicer. The food was excellent particularly the pork chop with sechuan spices, mix of middle eastern and modern British. Good cocktails, concise menu, always a good sign. Would go again to try the other things on the menu I fancied if I could turn down the volume a bit. But a happy experience."

Welcoming staff. Tasteful decor and ambiance, but the real star is the food. Griddled bread and dips, scallops, spicy chicken, amazing skinny fries and tomato salad for sides. Delicious, zingy flavours in your mouth. We keep coming back and are never disappointed.

Inventive take on Middle Eastern cuisine, with beautiful fresh flavours and plenty of interesting textures. Their skate is sensational and the charred aubergine is a revelation. I'm not normally a dessert person, but their chocolate cheesecake is one of the best I've eaten (more like a ganache than cheesecake) and a simple mango sorbet was gorgeous. I've been twice now and can't wait to go again. Great staff and prices are low for food of this quality. Amazing place.
