espectacular local, muy americano. música de los 50 y neones. comida muy rica y camareros atentos. Pedimos que algunos nachos compartan y una hamburguesa cada uno. No hay mucha variedad de hamburguesas, pero hay suplementos. si quieres pasar una buena experiencia debes ir! Gracias por ser tan amable.

La verdad me esperaba un lugar mucho más caro para su decoración ambiente, el trato era agradable, la comida abundante y buen gusto, lo único que no me convencen es que la bebida que te traen en un vaso, el ideal sería una lata o una botella que extraño probar algunos batidos que llamaron nuestra atención pero nada más entró.

fatal! in any restaurant category leave minutes of courtesy for the arrival of the client. our reservation was at two and a half, our arrival at the waitress and the answer is that my reservation is at two and a half and there is not even a minute of courtesy, so you tell me that I have to wait at least an hour to have a table, an hour ma'am? if there were only tables occupied in the restaurant? with this service we will never go back to tommy mels.

I am quite surprised there are no TripAdvisor reviews newer than 2019 and that was only 2, the others are older. That said, we were staying at the Four Seasons and wanted something quick and close by. This place reminded us of Johnny Rockets so we gave it a try. Burgers were decent served with nice hot fries for 10.00 euros each. We shared a milkshake also fine for 5 euros. We were surprised that they did not serve breakfast. Diners usually do. Overall we were pleased. Service was good, as well as the music they played.

Have visited this franchise on other occasions in Madrid so decided to go to this one as it was closed to our accommodation. Food was ok, nothing special. It wasn’t very busy when we visited but the staff were rude and slow. When they eventually came to take our order, we ordered drinks told them we were ready to order food but the server just walked away.. had to call a different server over who looked like it was a big problem to come over. When the food arrived I asked for salt sauces but was ignored. Very disappointing after having loved the other times I visited the same franchise. View menu
