"I'm a local and regularly visit this fascinating tea shop (they sell coffee too . It's hard to know where to start, they have an amazing selection of teas, and they have a large range of coffees, and the hot chocolate is pretty good too....Then there is the food, most of which, including the bread, is hand made on the premises using local ingredients where possible. I would happily just eat bread and butter! Then we get to the second part of the shop, whilst you sit you are surrounded by an amazing array of fair trade goods and local art. I can go in there every day and still find something I haven't seen before. To top it all off is the warm welcome given to locals and visitors alike from the owners and staff. Even your dog will get a biscuit! If you are visiting Knighton this is one place you must visit"

We are local but this was our first visit here. Immediately felt at home' thanks to the friendly welcome. A great choice of tea and coffee; leaf tea especially good. It's a very relaxing place to have a light lunch. If you want a perfect...poached egg, this is the place to come! We didn't have ours with us but dogs are welcome.

Lovely cafe with friendly staff. Large pot of tea with extra hot water which is always the sign of as good place. The soup of the day is ALWAYS vegan and they have vegan spread so you can have toast/crumpets. So nice to find a...place in a rural area that has vegan and gluten free cake and doesn't think you are a being awkward. Lovely!

Whenever my Husband and I ring in to book a table 12.30 usually a cheery voice answers and even before we have driven the 8 country road miles we are anticipating the warm welcome, excellent food and intriguing surroundings ......amazing selection of gifts and books...available to purchase. A gem and Knighton Town Museum just next door ...very well worth a look. Go there you will be delighted.....ring in before hand ...they fill seats so easily.
