"I found this lovely-looking afternoon tea, and I really wanted to try it. This spot is inside the beautiful Kensington Hotel. We walked in from the main front door of the Kensington hotel, and the staff guided us towards the back to where the Town House is located. Once seated, our server explained their current afternoon tea offering. It is called the London Landmarks Afternoon Tea, and features all the major landmarks around the city. The menu was quite lovely, and came with a London map of all the notable and historic landmarks. The afternoon tea will feature many of these landmarks, and you get to see what they are, and where they are. The map is given to the patrons as a souvenir, which I thought was really nice! First, we were served with their “Savouries” course. I didn’t know we were going to receive anything other than whatever comes on the three-tier afternoon items, so we were delighted! They were all so very tasty! After we were finished with them, they brought out this beautiful stand in the shape of London Eye! Wow! They call their menu “a celebration of London” and I totally agree! It was fun to eat desserts in the shapes of famous buildings. The service was excellent! Courteous, warm, and polite. We were very well taken care of the entire time. Thank you! If you are in London and want to try some tasty afternoon tea, filled with everything that is London, give this place a try!"

Beautiful place to check out a proper English style Afternoon Tea. All the finger food was amazing. Ambiance was stunning. Would definitely visit again. They had both the veg as well as the non veg options.

We had the 'Tale of old Time ' afternoon tea. It was a wonderful experience. Outstanding staff. The dining area was very luxurious. The food told a story along with the Beauty and the Beast props. Everything about this experience was fantastic. Would highly recommended.

such an amazing afternoon tee in a beautiful environment. the balance between the chocolate elements and the sharper lemon and Rhabarb elements made tee extraordinary today afternoon (on the look of course.) the appetizers (peee, crabcake etc.) were also amazing and put this tee of others. the vegetarians of our party were also amazingly cared for, and not made to feel like the citizens of the second class as they can be located at some. it had been really striving to ensure that their experience was just as good. Thank you!

Had a lovely afternoon tea here with my best friend. The service was excellent, and we felt incredibly welcome. The decor and atmosphere were lovely and relaxing, and it felt like a special experience. The warm bites we had at the beginning of the meal along with the sandwiches were absolutely delicious (and we liked the little London eye they were served on), but I found all their deserts to be lacking (only had a small bite of them in fact). So that was a little disappointed. The beautiful mousse rose was a work of art, but had an unpleasant rubber quality to it that did not make it nearly as enjoyable to eat. But overall we had an absolutely lovely visit.

beautiful interiors, charming staff and excellent eating. the buffet starter is amazing with fresh seafood and delicious, light baked, and charcuterie and salads. they can really eat well from this alone, but space for the tasty, roast inspired netzen and the decadent desserts save. they also serve excellent coffee. the place was practically empty when we ate here, so we felt like such food-in-the-know in view of the quality, service, location and outstanding worth. eating is on par with fine restaurants and they were in the location, a beautiful dessert option if informed about a food allergy. this place deserves to be popular, but catch it now when it is quiet!

We visited for the afternoon tea with the theme of London landmarks. The starters were the best in my opinion; particularly the crab cake based on our classic fish chips. Finger sandwiches had the standard fillings. Its centrepiece are the desserts shaped after Big Ben (lemon tart), Gherkin (white chocolate shell with salted caramel filling), telephone box (mousse) and the Shard (chocolate walls surrounding a carrot cake middle). My vote goes to Big Ben! The restaurant has a bright elegant setting. Their staff take extra care to explain each component to you. This AT isn’t mind-blowing on the food front but carries a novelty for tourists and service is excellent.

I was treated to the highly talked about London landmark afternoon tea. The venue is stunning, the table was well laid. The staff were very attentive and explained the concept thoroughly. We ordered our teas first, there was great variety. My only complaint is the tea pots. The waitress spilt tea over the table, proceeded to cover it with a napkin. When I poured my own tea I had to hold the top of the pit which was very hot as it was metal. Even when holding down the lid it spilt all over my saucer and down the table. We were served our favourites shortly.agter our tea, both of us attending have gluten allergies. The quiche was delicious as was the potato item and the beef in the pie was gor...
