"On advice from local friends we headed into Trattoria Da Geremia. The owner greeted us and we had a great laugh about each others english and Italian. The friendly happy service was great. But the food, Oh my goodness the locals are so so lucky. The food was fantastic. We had entree of home made Salami, and prosciutto , then Capelleti and spaghetti, followed with the hand made sausage in red wine gravy and veal scallopini with a salad. Desert of Zuppa inglese , house made limoncello and espresso to finish. Not to forget the wonderful warm fresh bread. A bottle of red and a bottle of water...60 Euros. Wow in tourist areas easily 100 Euro and no where near the quality. The food was delicious, freshly made and authentic. The service and atmosphere fantastic. Watch the house made limoncello it knocks your socks off! Highly recommended."

although we had problems with the Italian menu, we were able to make ourselves understood by a very gracious host. I have never tasted prosciutto such as this. We went to this restaurant twice, and I just wish that I could continue to return. Prices are just so reasonable. Thank you

The host is an host: he welcomes you and explains what he offers very well: excellent antipasti (home made ham and salami . Fist dishes tortelli with vegetables (following season and cappelletti in meat broth (amazing! . Then the pork he prepared with a green sauce. Very good ingredients and environment. We will go back!
