"When we arrived they had no idea we were coming and had no spare tables. The concierge was rude and pretty much ignored us looking like idiots just stood in a very busy restaurant. Fortunately when a table became available we were seated and looked after very well from that point. The food was excellent as was the vino. Shame about the start!"

We really enjoyed our meal here! My husband and I split the bistecca florentina with the roasted potatoes and I am still dreaming of the potatoes. Also very nice that there was some air conditioning on a hot summer day!
