"When we arrived here the maitre d ' was not best pleased, grumbling something about having no booking and The Fork being 'closed '. However, he gave us a great table right by the lawn and we were then treated to a fabulous meal. The seafood here is outstanding. Prawns and langoustine the size of lobsters and delicious both bbqd or cold. The amount of salad and fruit garnish was astounding and the tuna tartare gentle and served with a toothsome pistachio vinaigrette."

This could be a 5 star but they missed on some important details. Running out of beer on a Saturday lunchtime is not good. The dishes where good but it was not plenty. At least 4 primi and secondi was sold out. Only 2 choices on Dolce. The panna cotta with chocolate was not great.

If you are not from Italy and certainly not from Pisa, then get ready for a haughty and arrogant meeting. Such pathos could possibly be justified by a really classy cuisine, but it is quite common. far from the center, unfriendly staff, so-so food. I do not recommend it very much.
