Trattoria Marchegiana

Piatti molto buoni. Poca varietà delle portate. In parte quelle inserite nel menù sono portate locali. Il locale è vasto e un po vetusto ma sicuramente elegante. Sito in zona centrale di Fabriano.

The pizza was very thin,crunchy and with good products on top.Good the stuffing of the olives as they do in this area.Not great the grilled vegetables that arrived cold and some burnt some others raw....kind service in a nice old restaurant with wonderful brick ceilings.

really good environment. great for family and friends. eating is divine! I was here a few times and I'm sure I'll go back. the pasta is amazing and the ingredients are of great quality. eating is super well prepared. when you eat here, you get a good feeling from the Fabriano city.

Mi piace molto l'ambiente, è retro ma ha qualcosa di caldo, familiare. il personale è cordiale e disponibile, il menu da ampia scelta e tutto, dalle pizze al dessert, ha un ottimo prezzo di qualità. il servizio è veloce, (non abbiamo mai aspettato più di 15 minuti per avere tutto il tavolo servito anche quando eravamo più di 10 persone,) ma curato. E' un test per me.

If authentic Marche pizza is your thing, you could not do better than this trattoria. Just across from the cathedral, a few steps from the center of town, this rustic restaurant has a medieval ambiance. We were eight at the table, each having a different...pizza: and there were smiles all around. I cannot vouch for the other dishes. As I looked around the restaurant, very few people were having anything else.

I formaggi serviti con miele e marmellate sono stati veramente ottimi, consiglio di accompagnarli con la crescia (pizza locale, a mo' di focaccia) le pincinelle al pesto di melanzane e rucola sono state buone, mi sarei aspettato però una maggiore caratterizzazione dei sapori del piatto, trovati troppo affini ad un aglio e olio che per carità è sempre buona ma non la ordinerei al ristorante. Spesa totale 20 euro. Consigliato

a very pleasant lunch. we drank a very nice house, the white wine glitzed and a wine card with many old weeping and an excellent selection of regional weeping as well as Italian weeping from other areas admired. a generous plate of local salumni and cheese,...bruschetta and warm flatbread began the meal. we chose vincigrassi, a local version of lasagne as main course. absolutely delicious, many layers, delicate taste. good service, reasonable price. beautiful location near the city center.

the place is huge, it does not like from the entrance, but it is a type under stock labyrinth of the room, places, tables and it makes it very athmospheric, but it can book in advance the place is...always full. we had a table, just by not doing a problem for 5 people order was well done. the colleagues were very left over spagethi carbonara, while I have the taliatelli and swarm from the middle age menu both very well ordered, weinhaus wein comes in battles when they so, otherwise the weinlist is also extensive. the service could be a bit long, but generally very friendly and positiw knows the personal what they do. the costs for dinner per head were approx. 30 euro with wine and whisper

Ero già stato qui nel 2019 con un gruppo di turisti (e mi ero già trovato bene,) essendo ieri intorno a Fabriano ho deciso di tornare. Nel frattempo, un passante verde controllo plauso appena messo piede nella stanza, tavoli distanziati e camerieri tutti con la maschera ffp2 ben indossata! Io e il mio ragazzo decidiamo di assaggiare il salame di fabriano al quale aggiungo anche un cesto di crescia (non pensando che in realtà potrebbe già essere incluso nel piatto con salame); morale? una piccola crescia era già nel piatto con il salame, ma quello in più era delizioso e ci siamo divertiti!
