Unica nota non è previsto che uno possa viaggiare da solo e quindi niente riso a meno che qualsiasi di un altro tavolo lo prenda, altrimenti ... Personale gentile e preparato. Il proprietario merita di essere conosciuto"

Vercelli, con le sue case abbandonate e i capannoni dismessi, è l'emblema stesso della desolazione. Dove sono tutti? Ci si domanda girando per le desolate vie del centro all'ora del pranzo. Sono da Paolino. Superba trattoria che incarna al meglio l'eccellenza piemontese nel campo della ristorazione. Un oasi felice che rende felici i commensali.
