"Good discovery. Everything was really top of the fun mouth with desserts. The service is very pleasant, tips on wine (according to the information/vin on the menu that does not add the final note is appreciable) and the description of the precise dishes. The dishes are accompanied by several well-worked and balanced juices and emulsions. The mushroom cappuccino and poultry juice were really delicious. Crab cheesecake was really good (I would have eaten a little more). The desserts are very good with texture games and not too soft. Cocktail with original spice bread. There is also the possibility of vegetarian food. Only one small flat plate could have been a little warmer. Value quality excellent price I'll come back to test the tasting menu. The room decoration is much more modern and the chairs are comfortable."

"A restaurant not to sniff based on the first impressions. If the restaurant appears empty at the front, guests sit in the back part of the restaurant, in the cozy vaulted cellar. The host is very attentive and also open to Anglophone customers. However, the map is only available in French. We shared a tray for two, with some dips and a collection of meat dishes. The price of the tray is a little higher, but the taste is reasonable. (Original view) Ein Restaurant, welches man nicht aufgrund dem ersten Eindruck abhacken sollte. Wenn das Restaurant vorne leer erscheint, sitzen die Gäste im hinteren Teil des Restaurants, im gemütlichen Gewölbekeller. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und auch für englisch sprechende Gäste offen. Die Karte gibt es jedoch nur auf französisch. Wir haben uns eine Platte zu zweit geteilt, mit einigen Dips und einer Kollektion an Fleischgerichten. Der Preis für die Platte ist etwas höher, geschmacklich aber angemessen."

"Simply Divine, passing to Nancy we reserved the table for two in the afternoon, what a chance for us! A sequence of beautiful surprises, an irreproachable service a variety of refined dishes and tastes and a search for constant excellence, we started our dinner with a variation around the onion that would have believed it? I who don’t like onion I found the colossal work, more than 30 ways to prepare it for a real magic! The young leader has a lot of talent and his team is in little care. The sommelier chef has delighted us with selected wines and perfect accompaniment. Absolutely to advise. "We chose the set lunch menu, which was correctly priced (if I recall it was around the 15 euro mark). Diners can add an extra 5,50 euros for a glass of table wine and a coffee.The food was a little hit and miss. The entree of the day was a deconstructed salmon and mushroom vol-au-vent, while the main courses were haddock with spinach fettuccine, or beef with courgettes and orzo. All those were pretty good, and the fish tasted really fresh.The miss was my Alsacienne salad, which I was not familiar with, and described to me as tomatoes, gherkins, ham and cheese. I thought why not? Well, it was more cold shredded cheese and ham than anything else, with only a homeopathic dose of tomato and gherkin. Anyone out there thinking of ordering this salad as a healthy option, be warned.Ambiance was cool; the place was set out with a wine cellar feel and there was a painting of Bacchus upstairs.Reading through the other reviews, I'm not surprised to see the two extreme experiences in service. Waiting time was a bit on the slow side, but since we were on holidays and not in a hurry, we didn't care. Depending on which waiter was taking our orders, serving up the food, clearing the plates or fixing up the bill, the interaction varied between efficiently brusque and warm and friendly. I will say though, that they were pretty busy so it's understandable if they weren't in the mood to chinwag."
