Super great choice of deserts but not cheap. Would go again but only for a special occasion

Very limited options available. Even most of the staff weren't sure what was available. Only sign saying was on the door in and not at the counter

The dessert at this restaurant is beautiful and reasonably priced. The older gentleman who works in the front of the house is fantastic - always welcoming and happy. He sets a great example for the younger staff members there. I wish him all the best.

While some menu items may be lacking, the desserts at this restaurant were absolutely delicious! I enjoyed a tasty milkshake, the children had ice cream and cookie dough, and my friend had a Snickers sundae. Everything we tried was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the service was lacking. My daughter's order came out first, followed by mine 25 minutes later, and then my son's order came out another 20 minutes after that. When I ordered a latte and my daughter ordered a cappuccino, they brought out one beverage without specifying which one it was. When asked, the server just shrugged and said it was a coffee. Additionally, the restaurant's toilets were described as disgusting.

Fantastic service and a great place for dessert for lunch. The store hadn't had their delivery, so limited ice cream options (sign on window before entering was a nice touch however vast array of dishes on menu were still available. Ordered a platter for one (yes, eyes bigger than my belly and a choc chip cookie dough. Honestly could not finish them between 2 of us, the portion size was huge! Did run out of brownie pieces for our platter after ordering, however a staff member popped over and explained straight away. Chose another topping and bless them they gave us another portion as an apology. Great value, great service, will definitely return

Such a shame. We had heard a good review. Ordered four desserts and a coffee. Two desserts and drink turned up quickly. We waited. And waited. Asked the front of house overseer where the other items were and he didn't return to query what we were waiting for or explain anything. Eventually went up for a refund. Husband hadn't noticed he had only been charged for what we had received. The server who had taken the order did at least acknowledge and apologise for not actually taking down the other two items ordered. Items received were of good quality and prompt service, however the poor service from the servers in addition to the grubby feeling in the restaurant (eg, dirty menu, windows, dusty... View menu
