Very nice discovery that this restaurant. A very nice and welcoming team. The decoration is really disappointing. The meal is on top! Entrance Gyozas very good followed by a boo bun gyoza for me and ramen curry for my daughter Beautiful serving!! Good news! To the top Really to do again.

I recently ate at Umami Ramen in Bordeaux and although the food is correct, I have to say that I was not completely impressed. I ordered a bento and although the ingredients were fresh, the flavours missed punch and complexity. The presentation of the bento was beautiful, but the food itself was just correct, without anything really memorable. The service was correct, but not particularly warm or attentive. The restaurant was clean and pleasant, but the atmosphere was a little fade. Overall, I would say that the Umami Ramen of Bordeaux is a correct option for a decent meal, but I'm not sure I'll come back especially for that.

We were looking for a good restaurant from a stay in Paris where we found an excellent one, this one raises the level of the Bordeaux region! The place was very nice, the staff very pleasant, quick and efficient, the ramens very good. Gyozas chicken vegetables and octopus balls were excellent as well. I join the other comments on the fact that it is small and to go ideally alone or to two, but the bottom of the room still allows to accommodate more people, you just have to fall off the timing side to have room! Small flat for me: the toppings on the base ramen are very few (possible in addition), there were only noodles and pork slices almost, it would be better with some vegetables included... View menu
