"My daughter and granddaughter took us for Mother’s day afternoon tea. My granddaughter ordered the junior roast beef dinner instead. The afternoon tea looked lovely. We had different sandwich fillings, a mini quiche, sausage roll, crisps and a little salad. The sandwiches were fresh and...tasty. The pastry on quiche and sausage roll was a bit thick – it would have been so much nicer if it had been warmed up. We had a scone with clotted cream jam. I felt that a mini jar of jam between 2 people was not enough! The scone was light and fluffy however. The cakes were gorgeous; a chocolate brownie, raspberry meringue and vanilla cupcake. We had a mixture of tea’s and coffee. I would have liked more tea or some hot water to top up the tea-pot when it became stewed. My granddaughter’s roast beef dinner turned out to be pork! She had plenty of vegetables but did not eat the meat (because she wanted beef)! We had to ask for cutlery and a napkin for her and we also had to remind the waitress about her drink that did not arrive! All in all it was very enjoyable but a bit more attention to detail would have made it perfect. We would visit again."

We enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast at Uncle Henry's. The meal was made with high-quality, unpretentious ingredients and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was delightful.

Called in for lunch as we were passing and had not been for a few years. The staff were very pleasant and quickly found us a suitable table. As the food is individually prepared we didn't mind the wait, and the food arrived hot and...tasty!

excellent eating. very busy, as visited on Saturday. the staff was polite and efficient. beautiful quiche served with large salat and kartoffel wedges. much more than expected. beautiful gift builder business. will definitely be back to visit.

had a very nice first visit at the weekend after recently moved into the opposite dog-friendly inside and outside. the personal seems to love all really dogs to treat them. less more vegan options would be great explained that meal times could be adjusted however.

Came back here after a really positive first experience. Ordered scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast. The eggs were quite dry and bitty', unlike last time, and the locally baked' bread was like basic supermarket wholemeal expected more for £9 really, maybe sourdough....Good amount of salmon and there was a nice atmosphere.

Just had a wonderful day out at Uncle Henry's. We went 2 adults and three 6 year olds. The children thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and said it was the best day! As adults it was entertaining and fun watching the children finding the clues...and running through the trails. Lots to do and a lovely day I would highly recommend Uncle Henry's.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times with our friends and have always had fantastic food and friendly service. Today was no different - we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and highly recommend the pork and apple burger, accompanied by delicious wedges and a side salad. The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The employees in the courtyard are also very pleasant and helpful.

After we read that onkel henry's dog was friendly, we took our dog and sat outside. I went to ask to say menus that I sat at the wrong place and dogs were allowed only in the upper part of the yard. there are no signs for it. the coworker who handed over the menus just looked like she didn't want to be there. rührei were over boiled and dry and brought out by the same worker who, instead of actually on the number we placed on the table, simply cried. overpriced with bad customer service.

I had made a reservation for two for lunch today at 12 noon. The staff member who welcomed us was friendly and smiling, but unfortunately, the other staff members did not have the same welcoming demeanor. They were polite, but their attitude was generally unwelcoming and abrupt. We had to order and pay for our meal at the counter after being seated, which was not clearly communicated to us. The food we received was hot, well-presented, and delicious. After finishing our main course, we had to return to the counter to order and pay for our desserts.
