"We visit farm shops quite often as we like super fresh fruit, veg and cheeses. Took an hour out of our day to visit this one. Small hut next to the main entrance declares ‘fruit and veg’ and all there was were bunches of shrivelled, bendy carrots, some onions, potatoes and a tiny amount of salad produce in a small fridge. So disappointing. So we grab some potatoes so we’ve not had a totally wasted journey and head inside to be greeted by a strong meat smell from the small uninviting meat counter (we asked for a specific item and were told by the chap that he wasn’t sure if they had it and he would have a look when he’d finished serving another customer. Then walked away. Poor cheese selection so we gave up and went to pay. Would definitely not recommend if you are going for anything more than the cafe side which I can’t comment on. But awful selection of fresh produce so not sure how it managed to get any kind of award. Worst one we have visited without exception."

Nice stopping off point after visiting Lincoln or Market Rasen Rases. Useful for coffee and cake or even home made soup. Veg side not always great but great meat produce supplied by proper butcher. Unusual food and wine available plus chocolates and novelties. Always find something different at Christmas. Well worth a look.

I visited this restaurant multiple times while staying in Tealby. It is a fantastic spot for breakfast, lunch, or just coffee and cake. We also checked out the farm shop, which offered a variety of meat, local cheese, and fresh produce. The staff was friendly and even remembered us from our previous visits. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

We had lunch here and 2 of us chose the burgers. They were not to our taste at all. All I could taste was an overwhelming taste of cloves. Sadly I don't like cloves. My daughter didn't like hers either. My wife had quiche which was fine. Nice place, friendly enough service, good coffee and the cakes looked great. Maybe it's best as a tea shop. The lunch wasn't for us,

This was a very inexpensive visit. Arrived at 12-30. Ignored by the waitress whilst she faffed with paperwork. After trying to take an order from a customer, it dawned that there were a lot of people waiting to order. Taking decisive action she called for her colleague who was having lunch upstairs. We decided to leave and doshopping on the way out! Guess what, noone there. View menu

The staff was friendly and the service was good at this restaurant. However, the milk for my coffee was starting to go bad, making my drink less enjoyable. The panini was decent, but despite requesting crispy bacon twice, it was not cooked to my liking. I was somewhat disappointed, but I didn't want to complain since a friend had treated us to brunch. The farm-fresh food on the menu did look very appetizing though.

We have driven passed the sign for this shop/cafe so many times how we wish we had taken notice to visit! Lovely setting plenty of outdoor seating. We had an ice cream each. Highly recommended salted caramel delicious, hubby lemon meringue. Very friendly staff lovely gifts on display. The deli had a good range of products with competitive prices. We will certainly return and will bring others as well!. Dogs welcome outside dog bowl of water supplied,

I made a special trip to purchase some wine. They were advertised as my nearest stockist. It was 40-45minute round trip on a sunday morning. Thier website listed them as open 10am to 4pm on sundays. I arrived at 1015 and the sign at the entrace states open 9am to 10pm on sundays (March to October). I tried to visit in June. The place was all shut up and no sign of anyone. Briliant way to waste nearly an hour of my sunday morning. I wont be bothering to go back again. Ill order from someone else online. No wonder shops are shutting down. View menu

This is a combo of two visits. I brought my family here in August 2019 for my daughter’s birthday and almost no one in our six person party could find anything that they liked to eat. I put aside my concerns about a month ago to visit again as it was half way between my home and a friend. Service was perfunctory and we watched a number of potential customers turned away as too late to be served an hour earlier than was advertised on the website. Dreadful. And before the owner asks why we didn't complain at the time, it’s hard to complain when the staff are absent and we were left sitting outside with no interaction.

Although we go to market rasen on a regular basis we have never been here before but having tried the cafe with its outside area we will certainly go again. We are relatively covid cautious and continue to choose cafés with outside areas like this one. Staff all wearing masks, doors open for ventilation have a good impression. Coffee and scones ordered and brought to our table, lots of space inside and out. Lovely views of the surrounding area. Staff friendly. Altogether a pleasant experience. Farm shop has meats, cheeses, ice cream and other produce however is only small, we did buy lincolnshire poacher cheese which we love but can't get where we live. Give it a go.
