"Right next to the old village of Westerholt, opposite the St. Martinus church is this small pizzeria. There were two tables out there, we thought it was served outside. A cigarette length later my husband went in and got us 2 flyers so we could pick a pizza and order it inside. Only then we noticed that it is not a usual pizzeria, but rather a pizza taxi or take-away pizzeria, because 3 regular guests went right in, ordered and sat out again. Well, what learned. After that, however, the drinks were brought to us, glasses are not available, and shortly afterwards, pizza rolls with herbal butter, which were extremely tasty, so I told my husband: “This is already a star.” More stars are available for the excellent pizza, the dough was nicely chessed and well-stocked, now I also understood why there was a quite great urge here. The pizza was also brought to the table by an Indian. I therefore assume – due to the name Shari Pizzeria – that it is not an Italian. It doesn't matter, because some Italian pizzeria can cut off a slice from the pizza. Really top. If this would work out with the order pick-up outside, I'd just forgive 5 stars. For people who want to order out of the house or take the pizza would be 5 stars too little"

After ordering at Deliveryando, I had to pick up my food myself or it's cancelled, they told me on the phone. After picking up, I saw at home that all pizzas were called nausea. Never again Uno

First, to deliver incorrectly or a pizza has been forgotten and then on the phone only has to talk to 3 people because you have actually not ordered the pizza, although the person on the phone repeats the order... I'm sorry, but then you shouldn't let everyone on the phone! And after almost 1 hour the pizza supplier swells and wants 6€... Not possible.!!!

Very delicious pizza at the Uno Pizzeria! There's nothing to taste here, the pizza just tastes. Made in a beautiful way, very Italian, and not like today's modern pizzas, well occupied and also very well prepared. The taste is simply great. The only thing that needs to be rated negative here is the whole equipment of the pizzeria. You can't sit as well, you have to wait outside, you don't have a great choice and it's more like a pizza-supplier than a pizzeria. But for the taste you can get a lot of thought. Just delicious.

"As part of our class meeting, I decided on the asparagus card and the court of asparagus with Aberdeen Angus bovine fillet, new potatoes and sauce Hollandaise decided. For me, unfortunately, a total waste, the potatoes were absolutely tasteless (they reminded me of a hospital stay), the asparagus was totally oversugared and then there was the alleged 240g steak. So I eat steaks very often and therefore think that the weight classes can estimate relatively well. So my steak had a max. of 180g and was still almost fried at all abundance, medium ordered. For a price of 28,50€, I expected much more."

"They ordered the first time today. Delivery came fast, but unfortunately not in warm box. I can't. The packages were not labeled, so it was a funny riddle guessing so everyone got the right burger. The meat was good. The burgers as a whole tastefully also good. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold, not lukewarm, but cold, and that must not be. We won't order again. Price performance is not right."

"Despite the mania for inventiveness that overtaxes our era, a place remains for a restaurant that can deliver competently conservative high cuisine. That conservative taste seems to be the focus of Bullerkotte, which draws together many of the characteristics of the current farmtotable movement without...explicitly identifying or boasting about them. Bullerkotte might be described as a dignified monument to the first wave of German cuisine: to the earliest attempts to create a fine cuisine based on German products and traditions. On one hand, the menu and the venue have aspirations. Written in a curious idiom in which German and French cooking idioms merge and intertwine, the menu celebrates favorite German proteins such as duck, ox, chicken, and, of course, sausage, including blood sausage. Overall, the dishes could be described as somewhat meaty. An oxen filet, for example, arrived somewhat mysteriously topped by a whole, intheshell prawn, as if a freak tidal wave had unexpectedly swept seafood into the butcher's shop. This kind of multistory layering of diverse meats reached its acme in the it still produces the same unfortunate result, to wit, an initial sense of amazement followed by a feeling that a dish is somewhat overloaded. Many of the chef's inventions evidence a high level of creativity. For example, dinner opens with a marvelously memorable cucumber spread that, in lieu of butter, imparts a laudable vegetable as well as herbal taste to perfectly rendered baguette slices. The blood sausage appetizer features a stuffing of the aforementioned protein pudding artfully rolled in puff pastry and accompanied by a microgreens salad, all to uplifting effect. Equally creative albeit somewhat less successful is the duck breast and spaghettini combination, in which three perfectly rendered and exquisitely seasoned duck slices avalanche their way down a vortex of pasta, all alongside a tangy cheese tuile. Probably it would have been more effective to integrate the duck and the pasta more effectivelyperhaps by creating a duckstuffed raviolibut the merit of the taste could not be disputed. As previously mentioned, main courses at Bullerkotte seem, to modern tastes, somewhat outofbalance, with great weight given to the protein and somewhat perfunctory attention going to the accompaniments. Both the oxen steak and the local chicken appeared atop an eddy of mixed vegetables in a dark brown sauce that savored a little too much of soy sauce or similar seasoning. Although the vegetables themselves were spoton and perfectly poached, they added nothing memorable to the overall composition. The chicken main course had been identified as a tandoori recipe, but its mildness and wholeheartedly European flavor profile conjured no thought of India while the aforementioned soyflavored sauce led diners to wonder whether south and north Asia had been confused. Bullerkotte offers a lovely setting in the farmlands outside of the industrial Ruhr Valley. The restaurant occupies what appears to be a former farmhouse. Interior decor is, again, straight out of the elegant All is tasteful, all is deluxebut also all is beige. A full house creates a cheerful ambience, although the clientele might be characterized as rugged rural gentry rather than as city slickers. Bullerkotte makes for a pleasant country evening. It would be wonderful to see the chef turn some of his admirable talents to a bit of updating of both menu and envrionment, but, in general, the Bullerkotte experience is a pleasant one"

"We were there for the first time today. Very nice atmosphere, although a bit dark. Cell phone light helped with reading menus. The rest was a poem. Service attentive. The food was a blast. My wife had taken 50% spiciness. My food was Thai spicy. There was also a bowl of chili. Delicious. Will definitely come back. Many thanks to the team and the kitchen for the great evening. We had been toying with the Sukhothai appetizer platter, but when asked we were advised against it. Thanks for that. Was the right decision. I only have two thumbs, but they're both up ; Addendum: Since October 20th. According to the notice, no more lunch tables"

"Loved it! Will return! Great concept for this place so I hope the team at Vesttafel can keep it up!The change at Vesttafel really made a very noticeable change. I grew up in Recklinghausen, live in the US and return every now and then. Typically I ignored the Vesttafel - but now it will be part of my "coming home" visits. We (party of 4) had dinner under the stars next to the very nice Engel fountain - very special atmosphere! They have themed menus every week, and it was a hit. The Schnitzel as well. One of the best things was the (free) amuse-Bouche, the carrot-ginger soup. Fantastic! Excellent and attentive service - well done!!As I said - we will be back!"
