"Last week I was able to support our branch in Munich and was included in Hotel Mercure Neuperlach-Süd. After I checked in, I first wanted to drink a glass of wine outside in the beer garden, after all it was really warm for 19.00. I was the only guest out there and obviously there was something surprised by the summer break. In the joints stood the weeds, the tables empty to the ashtrays, no cozy atmosphere and an operation did not come. So I went to the bar and took my glass of wine myself, put me out and enjoyed the weather. Around 8:00, I was looking for a place in the place. The barman also serves at the tables and so I ordered the same wine, a white burgundy for 6.60 the glass 0.2 L, plus the vegetarian asparagus with Hollandaise for 14.90 Euro. A basket with baguette slices and herbal butter should give me time. There were quite a lot of tables, all appearances of businessmen. There are fewer tourists here, as it is quite far from downtown. After about 20 minutes I got an elongate plate with the asparagus bars and a saucer, a garnish of green salad leaves and tomatoes with parmesan planks? gave the dish the Mediterranean touch. Of course I had forgotten to say again that I wanted the asparagus really soft, thought too late and of course the asparagus al dente was. This stupid thing has been there for a few years, right? Is it because I prefer to eat the asparagus in village inns? Otherwise he was tastefully good, the small potatoes were also very tasty and the sauce also fits. Of course there were no pounds here for the price, but 6 poles."

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
