"The Vaust is a special restaurant. Especially in terms of quality, service and the much smaller but regional and seasonal selection. Unfortunately also in terms of opening hours: because it has closed on Sundays, we had to get used to it first. In the Vaust it is never empty, so a reservation is necessary, but it is sometimes enough to make it on the same day by phone (not before 4 pm). The Vaust stands out from all other vegan/vegetarian restaurants we have already visited in Berlin. It is more geared towards home cooking and animal products replacement, i.e. at least two of the main dishes offered are meat substitutes at all times of the year. I'm actually not a fan of meat substitutes and I often find him disgusting, but if we're in vain, I like to try a piece of my friend. However, there are always other possibilities, usually a quiche and a soup. One of the two sweets also changes. There is also a short daily ticket, which is unfortunately not available online. All in all, the Vaust is a great restaurant for festive affairs in a small circle."

Cosy, quiet, very friendly, and above all: delicious! Good price/performance ratio. In any case again....

After a first very surprisingly positive visit a few months ago, we were very disappointed about the food. All the dishes we had ordered were rather poor. View menu

Beautiful premises, pleasant, quiet ambience, nix Hypster, inexorable, friendly waiters, good veg. Costume, short: we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the evening.

A very nice place and more than unanimous! Too bad you wait for a relatively long time to eat. You're right here if you don't have time pressure! I like to come back to spend a cozy evening with friends and family ;

The start of our little Christmas party was the first-class mulled wine, which was pleasantly warm and very pleasant. All other dishes also tasted great and were also very nicely dressed. The relaxed, friendly service and the cosy ambience contributed to this beautiful evening. View menu

Very creative vegan and vegetarian cuisine and delicious homemade beer. Very recommended for special occasions. The service could be better, but this is a problem in Berlin... Unfortunately, you often have to wait very long. So bring time and conversation – then it can be a cozy and culinary evening.

We spent a very pleasant and enjoyable evening in this friendly restaurant. The food was tasty and the infestation of interpreting home cooking vegan was successful. The beer comes from the in-house brewery and tasted good (the first glass was a little matt, but this improved) and also the small wine card offered surprises. Very friendly: A wine was offered as a decision-making aid for tasting. Relaxed and motivated team in a tasteful environment.
