"The Vaust is a special restaurant. Especially in terms of quality, service and the much smaller but regional and seasonal selection. Unfortunately also in terms of opening hours: because it has closed on Sundays, we had to get used to it first. In the Vaust it is never empty, so a reservation is necessary, but it is sometimes enough to make it on the same day by phone (not before 4 pm). The Vaust stands out from all other vegan/vegetarian restaurants we have already visited in Berlin. It is more geared towards home cooking and animal products replacement, i.e. at least two of the main dishes offered are meat substitutes at all times of the year. I'm actually not a fan of meat substitutes and I often find him disgusting, but if we're in vain, I like to try a piece of my friend. However, there are always other possibilities, usually a quiche and a soup. One of the two sweets also changes. There is also a short daily ticket, which is unfortunately not available online. All in all, the Vaust is a great restaurant for festive affairs in a small circle."
