"97% of the soup had fallen out of both containers. Cheap containers used and most of ingredients had been lying in the plastic bag - which wasn’t tied properly by the restaurant. Talked to an agent in chat about persuing compensation for it being 2.5 hours late. So I now must request a full refund on the order, with the way it had arrived to me. I also have photos of the order. Would like for someone to contact me today about this :)"
