"If you're dining in then you need to place your own order and get your own drinks. It sells beer but only to take away so you can't drink it with your meal. The food was pretty average plentiful but nothing special. I had...pho bo and it was a nice beef broth with lots of noodles but it didn't have any of the pho flavours I expected. We had a sharing platter and everything was tasty but deep fried so became a bit samey after a while. The duck was fantastic but came in a strange creamy, coconutty sauce that was extremely sweet. The takeaway part was really busy on the Saturday night we were there so must be popular with the locals. It does sushi and lots of cantonese food too so not particularly Vietnamese."

Since the menu made a really good/authentic impression, we decided to order online from their website. The order was made at 17.20... three hours and three calls later, the lady on the phone really got angry. We have a lot to do today, so... do you take online orders? She just hangs on the phone and the food was delivered NIE. This is the definition of bad customer service. I will not recommend ordering food from Vietnam today in Munich.

If you eat, you need to place your own order and get your own drinks. It sells beer, but just take it away so you can't drink it with your meal. The food was quite average abundant, but nothing special. I had...pho bo and it was a nice cattle broth with many noodles, but it didn't have any of the Pho aromas I expected. We had a shaker and everything was delicious, but deep fried, so became a bit blessed after a while. The duck was fantastic but came in a strange creamy coconut sauce that was extremely sweet. The driving part was really busy on Saturday night we were there, so must be popular with locals. It also makes sushi and many Cantonese foods, not especially Vietnamese.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
