The octopus. the best I've ever tasted. the boletus with reduction of Ximénez pedro.. to another level. the tuna will take on avocado bed and celery sorbet. I'm still hallucinating."

one of the best restaurants of alicante, the best executive menu (always close), if you want to eat well, price quality, is the best. never regret it.
