"An amazing meal that’s creative, expressive, and will bring you on a crazy food journey. For me, each course was beautiful to the eye and the taste would stimulate the mind to joy and surprise. I did the 11 course meal for dinner which was enough for me. But I highly suggest doing the wine pairing with the meal. The Somm is very knowledgeable and helped bring another fun aspect to the meal! I have my fingers crossed for them when Michelin makes their announcement. Hopefully, one day I can come back to Mallorca for another meal at Voro!"

Great option to go if one wants to give a break to stomach and go with lighter meal. Very creative. Try the desserts as well as the Mahon cheese cake is amazing.

Went for late night light fare. The protein dishes are great. Pure vegetarian dish is a bit on the weaker side, but tomato salad is always there. Try the cocktails too. View menu

Amazing meal one of the best I’ve ever had in my whole life. The wine pairing was perfect. The service was incredible. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Without a doubt, you should go.

Wir waren begeistert und glauben bald viel mehr von Álvaro Salazar zu hören. Hatte ein perfektes 11Gänge-Menü mit schönen Überraschungen. Schöner Service, schönes Ambiente, endlich gutes Essen im Hyatt... Für mich wären das zwei Michelin-Sterne!

Modern and creative tasting menu. The wine pairing was also interesting, for example by blowing during dessert. The mosquito-based white wine was on its own great find, but the pairing was so. Veal Sweetbread with Sleeps Sauce is excellent and so was the seafood stew type of dish. Very recommended.

Diferentes espacios para elegir el que mejor se adapte a nuestro gusto. Atención extraordinaria para todo el personal. El submarino transmite alegría y pasión por su trabajo. Menú muy adecuado para el verano y equilibrio entre gustos y texturas. Estoy seguro de que tendrán la estrella que tuvieron que salir en el Rt Argos.
