The staff are really helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. I must mention Kante from the bar/restaurant what a fantastic asset to Hilton this staff member is. He is always smiling and brightens my day whenever I see him and he makes a great latte."

The staff is very professional and food is really good. I am Italian and I was really impressed with the arrabbiata pasta! I was lucky to be served with a delicious cake and espresso by Kante, who is the funniest and most professional Italian speaker bartender in West London! Grazie

Me and my husband loved staying in double tree by Hilton for a week and enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The breakfast team is amazing including Ana, Maggie, Nora and Suzzie and Nova. They made sure that we were served with everything hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place.
