First we were forgotten our table. Eventually when we asked service, staff didn't have time to serve well. All steps of meal we had to wait service and ask it. I know that weekends place is crowded, but now there wasn't so much customers.

Hatten reserviert für 12.00 durch den guten Verkehr waren wir vor 12 da und wurden sogar vom Chef selbst empfangen der ein äußerst liebevoller Zeitgenosse ist. Prompt kamen die Getränke und das Essen. Alles sehr sauber strukturiert und freundlich

Wirklich schöner Ort zu essen, und wie der Name schon sagt, alles XXL hab ausversehen ein großes Bier bestellt, und war erschrocken das ich dann ein 2 Liter Glas vor mir stehen hatte. Das essen ist auch top sogar riesige Steaks sind perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht. Wenn man dort hungrig rauskommt, dann ist definitiv was nicht in Ordnung mir dem Menschen.

Sehr leckeres Mittagessen, die Pommes waren gut, ebenso die Kroketten und die Schnitzel waren klasse so wie sie in vielen Restaurants früher auch geschmeckt haben, aber heute meist leider nicht mehr. Der hausgemachte Eistee war nicht so mein Fall, ich empfand ihn als zu süß. Der junge Kellner war sehr nett und zügig, das Ambiente ist sehr rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen, aber das wichtigste war das Top Essen zu guten Preisen. Außerdem gab es auch viele Parkplätze.

Wenn nur einen kleinen Hunger hat ist hier definitiv fehl am platz. Wir waren Sonntags Mittags um 13 Uhr dort. Haben einen Tisch bekommen obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Portion halt groß selbst ein Viertel Schnitzel leider nicht gepackt. Geschmacklich war die Soße lecker nur etwas wenig beim Jägerschnitzel. Was uns etwas verwundert hat, auf der Karte steht keine Kartenzahlung nur Bares ist wahres und die Bedienung fragt ob wir mit Karte bezahlen wollten. Das wäre ja zumindestens so wie man es erwartet mittlerweile in der heutigen zeit.

Hallo, ich komme jetzt seit einem dreiviertel Jahr regelmäßig jedes Wochenende 2 bis 3 Mal mit dem Fahrrad zum Waldgeist. Vorne weg bemerkt ist es immer schwierig auf Google eine Bewertung nach Sternen abzugeben, denn es kommt bei jedem maßgeblich darauf an, was jeder Einzelne Gewohnt ist und was für Ansprüche er stellt. Manch einer geht bei einer 5 Sterne Bewertung von einem Spitzenrestaurant aus, manch einer bewertet innerhalb der vergleichbaren Kategorie. Man muss aber auch bedenken, gebe ich 5 Sterne, dann kann es eigentlich nichts besseres mehr geben. Diesen Standpunkt vergessen viele Bewerter.
