Fantastic service from all the staff , food was great and the bar staff was a real good laugh thanks for a good night highly recommended

Visited Walkabout for lunch with a good friend of mine, the food and service received was honestly refreshing and had plenty of drink options behind the bar. One of the top spots in Newbury.

Spent a lot of time here after the horseracing. Great bar, got livlier as the evening went on, all of the staff were very good, friendly and efficient, prices of drinks were not too bad eith. View menu

Came here with a few mates and had the best time ever! Staff are all amazing, food is decent and the price is amazing! Watched the lions game and the atmosphere was great! Much better than any spoons Iv ever been in!!

sent for drinks with colleagues to lunch and wanted to mention only a special mention of the kind welcome we all had, vanessa was fantastic and we appreciate the warm service, beautiful place that we all enjoyed our stay.

Previously visited this week to eat and drink drinks and ended for a few extra hours. eating was great and very good value. cocktails were delicious and really affordable. the personal was really friendly and hit some nice shots to try. Went to watch the football with my friends after eating, found a booth to watch and within minutes one of the Irish bar stuff is giving us sass for not ordering a drink in the seconds we were sat down. Next thing, the...other Irish barman switches off our TV demanding us to order a drink instantly or we can’t watch when we were just waiting to digest our food before ordering. Absolute joke of a pair, clowns straight out the circus. No wonder the place is empty…

went recently as a group of friends for the quiz night. the Quiz master was brilliant, really nice friendly chap and made the evening fun! the toilets were absolutely lukewarm and so unhygienic, all blocked with paper and visible human decay, dirty in...Cubic doors and walls, looked like they were rarely cleaned. we all couldn't believe it, and it made them feel that they're catching something nonsense. please get this sorted out, it is a health and safety problem/environmental health problem.

Group of of us all over the age of immediately get asked for ID. Fair enough. Then comes the line of well you don't all need it just the majority! Strange. Is that normal door policy? Have to say it wasn't the actual...doormen being problematic a Northern Irish' guy who apparently was the manager. Then came the quips about being Welsh and when we turned to say don't bother about going in he became very aggressive in nature.
