White Hart - Menu

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The menu was simple yet had plenty of options to choose from. The staff was pleasant and friendly. It was our first visit, but we definitely plan on returning in the future.

Been a few times now, food excellent,value for money, nice pleasant staff,well up on Covid checking will keep returning even with 50% deal still on we would have still paid the full price, started my drinking days here 45 yrs ago

The restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming. The new menu offers a wide selection of delicious food, with plenty of special offers available. The beer garden is a great spot to enjoy the sun. The restaurant has seen significant improvement under the new landlord. View menu

Not the best meal we have had here, creamy mash? no very hard, had steak and kidney pie came with no gravy had to wait for it to arrive. Usual chef could not have been working, presentation of food very poor.Will continue to go for drink but will give meals a miss for a while.

Great place. Great choice of food and drink. Dog friendly aswell which is a bonus. Great play area for kids to play. Staff are friendly and welcoming always happy to help with anything you need which is absolutely amazing. Great management and landlady. Would highly recommend!

Popular pub on weekend nights. Basic menu but you get a good helping of decent nosh. The special of fish and chips and a pint at less than £9 was great value and very tasty. We also had a burger with various fillings, onion rings and chips, that went down very well. 2 lagers about £7.50. View menu

Sorry to say this , but what is happening in this pub. It’s like a scene from Jeremy Kyle not wearing masks when they should be , mixing in different family groups , shouting and singing. It’s like nothing is happening out in the big bad world. One bar staff did ask for them to sit or put a mask on for the sake of her job. Definitely needs a visit from the police to try and sort it out !!!

The food and overall service at this pub are excellent. However, a concern lies with the regular customers who are blatantly disregarding COVID-19 rules and are seemingly allowed, even encouraged, to do so. If you are not friends with the owner, you may be treated differently than the regulars. When the pub reopens, it is important to be cautious as you may risk alienating customers who feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Went to the pub up the road from this place because of good reviews, however they didn't service food on Monday nights, so went to the nearest place to eat. The White Hart. Big mistake. The frozen peas were only just cooked and hard, the frozen French beans were soggy and tough. The mash potato's had a hard crispy top having been kept warm in an oven, and the meat pie was of chip shop quality. Only positive thing was the jug of gravy to drown it all in. All in all the worst pub meal I've ever had. In hindsight should have put the meal on the bar and walked down the road to the chip shop. Going by the food I was given I'd certainly wouldn't recommend this place. View menu
