"I haven't been in the white lounge for more than a year. I used to be a tribal because it was really great, but it wasn't by moving around and removing it. I've already deceived that the personal at the tresen didn't greet you. that was different. if you have an open kitchen, you should be clean. and I'm not talking about the daily stuff that comes to being prepared...you see as a hospitable old ****. after approx. 5 minutes came an operation to lead us to the table. tables are not clean and there were traces of the wine glasses. the summit was the sushi, as I learned from the service it has a change of operator this year, and you can see that here is saved in quality and shopping. sushi is sweet and has lost taste. "creamy garnele" formerly delicious appetizer today significantly smaller and cheaper garnele. menu cards were retained, however much removed from the old cards...no warm sushi more or nigiri only on demand. really bad how to break the call of a restaurant. unfortunately I will not visit this locally again. Incidentally, it was apologised for the complaint, but for good gastronomy, it is for me to make a small reparation, whether a coffee or an invoice correction, which counts will, but fails."

location already chic, the sushi but bottom drawer. It's a pity that would be so extreme. don't sushi fresh. very dry and taste-neutral

here is a great selection sushi. the portions are large and the prices are absolutely fine. There are two areas in the restaurant where you can either take sushi from the band or order by card. secondly, my case is rather my case. View menu

eating is definitiw to step up ramsch level. I have eaten sushi in many restaurants all over the world, with the white lounge being among the worst! I am always wondering what especially Germans understand by sushi. thick layers of majonäse, fresh cheese, old fish and rancid aroma oil do not belong to sushi. Eat: mangehaftlocation: reminds of a shisha barpersonal: unfriendly

unfortunately we had somehow forgotten/displaced our last impression and have not read again before the new visit. we would have done better! The r. has come clearly into the years and everything looks slightly sloppy. we had booked the summer summer incl. accompanying weeping - the suppe vorab (tom ka gai) was very delicious! the aperitif came in a poemophatic dosis in the weinglas (a frizzante?).The main course- 3 kinds sushi- was quantitatively i.O. but far away from especially and ruccula

I have never been really happy with the hosting, personal is super unprofessional and especially the heart who is always up front and who seems to run the load is totally unfriendly. once he didn't want to let us in, and only after a couple of times clashing with the lashes has been on a table free. since 3 weeks there is a new card, the prices have been attracted and the sushi has partly changed. I have always returned because the price and quality have been voted. since the new card, there is no reason anymore. there is much better sushi in hamburg! View menu

my friend loves sushi, but doesn't like to book somewhere. so I ordered. online the order goes quite fast as I know the dishes from the restaurant.Leider has taken it very long (1.5 hours) until our order arrived. the warm and the cold sushi together on a tray, which led to the dunst making the sushi soaky. I like the special sauce of sushi 4 friends, which was about to be happy. So I am a big fan of traditional sushi from japan, but who would like to try something else should do it. yes, it was earlier (a year ago) qualitatiw better I have to say. for the price the claim should also be higher.

I had agreed to sushi eating at short notice with a friend and so we were without reservation directly opening at 17:30 in the restaurant. no other guests except us. Nevertheless, we were told that the places were all reserved (!?) on demand, if all places were reserved throughout the restaurant, then we were brought in (after we were left standing around) and we were offered two places. an unilluminated in the floor I rejected and one on the window that consisted of a type square sofa with hole in the middle. now we are neither young nor athletic, but still have tormented ourselves in this sitting furniture. before I had to clean up the sitting area, as the food left from the day before sto...

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
