Wild Mint Cafe - Menu

Refused to stamp my loyalty card because I got Meercat discount. Seems to depend who serves you as this has never happened before in this branch or Ilkley over at least 12 months.

Not a bad spot, was clean and staff very helpful. Tables clean and cleared quickly. Decent coffee and prices same as most places. Toilets were a bit grotty though, could have been cleaner. Disabled access .

We have been to a few Caffè Nero’s, this was the cleanest with lovely decor. Service was efficient, quick friendly. Used the Three Rewards app for a £1 Drink whilst still being able to collect loyalty stamps which is a bonus Sat upstairs, comfy seating with plenty of space available View menu

I stopped by this restaurant to get a cup of coffee, but the barista's attitude was disappointing. While serving a Caucasian woman in front of me, she was smiling and happy, but when it was my turn, she made a face. The following customer after me received a warm smile from the barista.

I have been a customer at Nero's in Skipton for many years, and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. In my experience, there has never been any rude or discriminatory behavior towards me or my friends, whether they are British or non-British. It is unfair to make baseless accusations against the staff, who work hard to provide excellent service. I believe that they deserve credit for their dedication and professionalism. Keep up the good work, Nero Skipton!

We called in for coffee and cake. Waited for ages to be served. The servers were not adhering to hygiene rules regarding covid. For example to use of gel. I went to sit with my husband to be greeted with a dog!!!! Are they allowed on the premises. It was not a guide dog. The chairs and tables were not 2m apart!!!! The toilets were dirty and falling to pieces. My order was packed into a paper bag which is fairs enough but it was wrong. Will not be returning to this dirty place!!! I often drink coffee at Nero outlets when out and about however I visited the one in Skipton Yorkshire I , bought two coffees and sat outside on one of the two pavement tables. The reason I did this was because the inside tables all needed clearing and cleaning. On looking around the cafe the general cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. the entrance door and the windows looked like they had not been cleaned for weeks. Had I noticed this before ordering I would not have done so. The staff were obliging and the coffee was hot.

When I reviewed this branch of Cafe Nero three years ago, I commented that whereas the coffee and service were good, the interior of the premises was a tad gloomy, and that situation is unchanged. Because the cafe is situated in a narrow building, it all feels a bit cramped and on the ground floor, apart from three window tables, the rest of the seating area is rather uninspiring. There is further seating upstairs which has further window seating but, whereas I can accept having to go up a steep flight of stairs to go to the loo, I must say that I wouldn’t really fancy making the ascent with a tray loaded with coffees and cake. This lunchtime I popped into Caffe Nero Skipton and was served by Harry , who you have the misfortune of having appointed assistant manager .When I approached the counter I asked for my usual A large white Americano to take away. Harry turned away and did not acknowledge he had understood my order so I assumed he had.
