The place itself is in a beautiful hotel St Regis) in a historical building, not far away from historical attractions and still less busy, which was nice. The dining hall was festive all happening just after Christmas and NY) and gorgeous. Also we highly appreciate the presentation of the dishes we took one testing menu and some a la cart. The taste of the food was simplier than we would expect however: A bit dry for our taste chiken and fish. Desert was good. Also, music was laud from time to time. So the overall feeling was that for the price we paid there could be better options in Florence."

The food was ok, I’ve had better. Nothing was outstanding. The service was stuffy; the waiters were a little too attentive and a little annoying. At one point we managed to catch one of the waiters throw his note book at college. Awkward! The room was beautiful but the food was simply good but I expected better. Also there were not many options on the menu. I’m a musician and appreciate music but the piano was too loud and repetitive.
