Wippn`BK - Menu

Rarely experienced such an unfriendly, clumsy, arrogant and bad service!! In no case recommend. Unfortunately, the delicious food could no longer save. We were sad about this deeply undamaged operation.

Decent breakfast. Sadly cut off times are stuck by in the strictest possible German sense. No exceptions. Other than that decent menu, mostly decent waitering staff and great to catch up with emails all day round

Situated on a street corner this place is a little sun trap. We had a nice brunch and noted that along with all the traditional German favourites they serve pancakes. There was also a good selection of flavoured coffee

One of the best tapas I've ever had in the fonda. In a pleasant ambience and with trained, pleasant service you can get the palate. The dishes are balanced and everyone has their own special touch. And a wine... what do you want?

The resto has an attractive terrace. Good weather and the terrace is crowded. We sat indoors. Interior looks and feels good. The menu has much to offer. We decided for starters and mains. Drink menu is attractive as well with nonalcoholic mixtures. The food tasted...good and defintely one to remember

Outside the city center, the chances increase to find a good place, which this is. The place is lovely and relaxed. We only went for an afternoon drink but there were lots of people enjoying a Saturday afternoon. From the atmosphere we can recommend the...place, other experiences we dont have to share

We ate here after a long day of travel. Delicious, basic bistro fare that is of outstanding organic quality. We were latenight dinner guests and the atmosphere was inviting and quiet. It was a great way to reenter German life after many years away and...as a total aside this is where local author supposedly Frank Schätzing wrote a few of his epic books. Will definitely return when back in the area

Wir waren schon öfter Gäste hier und wollten unseren Besuchern am Sonntag um 18.30Uhr das Wippen'BK vorstellen. Wir hatten einen Travelzoo Gutschein d.h. ein festes Menü gebucht. Das Restaurant war nicht sehr voll.Service mangelhaft : Der Kellner fragte nicht nach unseren Getränkewünschen. Wir warteten 2 Std auf das Hauptgericht ! Es gab erst Brot zur Suppe und eine Weinbestellung auf Nachfrage von mir.Die Damentoilette war eine Katastrophe : kein Toilettenpapier aber viel Papier am Boden. Der elektrische Händetrockner funktionierte nicht und es gab kein Papier.

My words cannot describe the deliciousness of today's evening meal at Wippn'bk Südstadt. The restaurant has a pleasant stylish yet comfy vibe, and the service was very good. The presentation of the food was perfect, and every little bit, from the crueltyfreeraised German goose to...the gingerbread stuffing to the winesoaked chestnuts and other sides, tasted perfect. In hindsight, just now, in a nitpicking mindset, I realise that actually the meal was not the temperature that I usually like my food at I eat piping hot and I didn't even consciously notice, even though I'm quite picky about it.
