"the restaurant looked closed when we arrived, we were informed that they closed at 22h, there were no music and no customers we were alone on a Sunday at 20:30. Before we could even order the waitresses, the flowers took away from the table. that was okay, but the cocktails we ordered were too strong to be drunk?"

"Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal im Fisherman's. Das Restaurant ist gleich in der Nähe vom Starnberger Bahnhof, direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen (daher haben wir es auch bevorzugt innen zu sitzen). Das Restaurant selbst ist klein, aber fein. Schön modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Dazu muss ich aber gleich sagen das meiner Meinung nach die meisten Tische uns Sitzgelegenheiten viel zu niedrig sind. So drückt es beim Essen ein bissel auf den Bauch...lange könnte ich hier nicht zum essen verweilen Die Speisekarte bietet alles, was das Herz eines Sushiliebhabers begehrt. Es ist eigentlich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Unser Kellner war sehr nett und anfangs ging es auch recht schnell mit unserer Bedienung im Laufe des Abends, nachdem immer mehr Gäste kamen, hat es dann doch schon etwas länger gedauert. Die hausgemachten Limonaden waren okay. Die Sorte Ingwer Zitrone war sehr erfrischend, Himbeer dagegen hat für mich etwas künstlich geschmeckt. Das Sushi selbst war super. Da kann man nicht meckern. Es kann zwar nicht ganz mit meinem Lieblingsrestaurant mithalten, aber es war nahezu dran . Preislich absolut in Ordnung, da kann man nicht meckern. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Abend mit minimalen Ausbaubedarf"

"... you have to say more? People are nice, the food is very good. The pizzas are real pizzas, very thin and thank God not pushed into the oven in one form! The service surpasses what the name (cantine) closes to the 100 fache! If food is ordered with different preparation times, it is easily possible to get them together. Despite the great rush at noon, everyone always keeps an overview and know who ordered what! In warm weather you can also relax in the wonderful outdoor area. If the sun appears too strong, a large awning is extended. Enjoy!"

"Lake Starnberg, or Starnberger See ˈʃtaʁnbɛʁɡɐ ˌzeː (listen — called Lake Würm, or Würmsee ˈvʏʁmˌzeː , until 1962 — is Germany 's second-largest body of fresh water, having great depth, and fifth-largest lake by area. 2 It and its surroundings lie in three different Bavarian districts, or Landkreise. The lake is property of the state and accordingly managed by the Bavarian Administration of State-Owned Palaces, Gardens and Lakes. The earliest surviving mention of the lake, as Uuirmseo, is in an 818 document referring to Holzhausen, now part of Münsing. 5 This name became Wirmsee, already recorded during the reign of the Holy Roman Emperor Louis the Bavarian (1314–1347 . 6 This name is derived from the Wirm, now spelt Würm, the only river which flows out of the lake, at Starnberg; in the 19th century, the spellings were changed to Würm and Würmsee. In the late 19th century, a railway connection between Munich and Starnberg made the lake an accessible destination for trips from the city. Trains departed from a wing of the Munich Central Station which was known as the 'Starnberg branch station ' (Starnberger Flügelbahnhof and the lake came increasingly to be known as Lake Starnberg; its name was finally officially changed in 1962."
