"I don't like leaving negative reviews but feel I should warn others. My family and I ate here on the last day of our holiday the evening before getting the ferry back to the UK (29/07/22), and were all very ill. There were others in the restaurant so I would be interested to hear how they faired. Service was good and the waitress was very friendly. We ordered various bits including a sushi platter, which did not smell or taste bad, but the sushi was served at room temperature. At about 2 o'clock in the morning I was violently ill and then again several hours later. I continued to have body aches and a temperature after this, but managed to board the ferry. Shortly after boarding my son fell ill and my wife did a little later after that. Due to the nature of the illness I am not sure whether it was something in the fish, the rice or more likely just a result of poor hygiene practices and the lack of cooking of the food. This meal and it's horrible effect ruined our holiday as it is out lasting memory of what was otherwise a great holiday! DON'T RISK IT!"

Comida riquísima, fui con mi pareja a cenar y quiero destacar la atención tan amable y tan atenta de los camareros, siempre sonriendo. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Sin dudas volveré a repetir.

En Yami, la comida japonesa es deliciosa y el servicio es rápido y atento. El ambiente es acogedor, y el trato recibido fue excelente. ¡Recomendado para quienes buscan una buena experiencia gastronómica en Bilbao!

Lugar excelente para comer um sushi tradicional. As peças não são carregadas de molhos e queijo. Peixe fresco, sushi muito saboroso. O restaurante é simples, mas os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos e a comida vale muito a pena.

Despues de varios años sin venir, me complace ver que despues tanto tiempo este agradable restaurante sigue adelante, con sus carismaticos trabajadores siempre con una sonrisa y encantados de atenderte. Recomendable como siempre, visita obligatoria mensual.

Yami is really yum! So delicious food in this beautiful restaurant, where we were served very well and the dishes were fantastic! We have eaten both from the menu (delicious fresh sushi, udon noodles and yakatori) and the really great menu. Everything prepared with care and fresh flavored.
