"We visited on a Sunday when there were lots of families at the park. Food was ok, and the GF soup was really good, however there was poor quality very loud live music in the cafe which meant that everyone had to shout to be heard which certainly wasn’t a pleasant or relaxing experience! I bought an americano and was amazed that as it was being prepared half of the coffee coming out of the machine was running in to the drip tray! What a waste! The girl preparing the coffee told me that it was because the coffee was “one shot” which was fine but surely preparing coffee and then throwing half of it away must add to the costs…."

Food had been sat there a while so wasn't that warm, sandwich was pretty stale. Drinks and cakes were good, but overpriced for the quality. Wouldn't go back.

A must location to start the exploration of the park. The outside seating allows you to look over the park and some the sculptures as well as enjoying the food on offer.

I had quite the worst sandwich in my life. Stale bread surrounding a slab of goats cheese with a thin smear of chutney and some tragic rocket. Awful a great disappointment.

This review is based on our trip to the Weston cafe at the far side of the park. This was a lovely cafe with great food and fantastic service. The staff were friendly and ultra efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice meal... View menu

The hot food at this cafe is truly unique and each visit offers something new. On this occasion, I enjoyed the honey-roasted salmon with salad while my companion had a vegetarian pasty. We also shared a generous portion of delicious crispy home...

The food was intricately put together and not what we were immediately ex[ecting. The price does reflect this quality so a picnic can be in order as well, but I would recommend this experience the high glass windows allows for stunning views of the...

The Weston being closed, we ate at the cafe. Delicious Bacon Chop with Cauliflower Cheese, and Kedgeree spoiled by being lukewarm and served on cold plates. Neither of us got a smile, a please or a thank you . This is NOT hospitality. Come on, Yorkshire you can do so much better. View menu

After enjoying a stroll around the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, we decided to take a break and grab a coffee at the cafe. We found a seat on the upstairs level, which was bustling with activity. The coffee was delicious and we were treated to lovely views while we sipped our drinks.

£3.50 for a small chocolate coated lolly as big as a small size magnum …. If you have more than 2 children and are on a small wage or benefits this could up the bill significantly and a picnic would probably be your choice, be aware that the area is hilly and large and so carrying a heavy picnic bag and small children who are tired up steep hills past the cafe could be traumatic, as we witnessed today a poor mother struggling with a screaming toddler, young boy , picnic bag, up the steep hill back to the car park on her own…sympathies …
