Small pasta portions be sure and order startersI had a great ravioli with fresh sweet peas and mint. Great atmosphere.

The restaurant is spacious and has a vibrant atmosphere. The service is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the tasty and reasonably priced meal. The decor wasn't my top choice, but it was decent. I would definitely eat there again.

Zizzi’s guildford did very good for our family members yesterday evening. at the arrival we were informed early that their refrigerator had stopped working, which means that a series of dressings were from the menu. what we ordered, however, was excellent. the espresso affogato for the desert was incredible! I had a disappointing experience at Coppa Restaurant and Bar. I waited too long for my drinks and when I asked the waiter about the delay, he shrugged his shoulders and said "we are busy" without acknowledging our long wait time, which came across as rude. When I spoke to the manager hoping to resolve the issue, he brushed it off and claimed it was a 'language barrier,' which felt like an excuse rather than a genuine attempt to make things right. Overall, I expected better service and left feeling very disappointed.

My fiancé and I went to this restaurant for a pre-wedding lunch. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect, but our waitress kindly offered a discount to make up for the mistake. However, when the bill arrived with only a £1.50 deduction, we politely asked the next waiter about it. To our disappointment, he became rude, raised his voice, and accused us of being cheap, dishonest, and unreasonable. Eventually, the manager intervened and applied the correct discount, but the negative experience had already tarnished what could have been an enjoyable meal. The poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of the staff ultimately spoiled our experience at the restaurant.
