"on Saturday with a group of friends and the waiting was out. no problem with it, it is a popular place, but they clearly prioritize the online orders via the guests in the actual restaurant. While we were out in the waiting queue, we had to move constantly so that the drivers could come by. they let us know that there would be a delay at this time. well again, it's a Saturday night. after approx. 20 minutes waiting time I wait inside but had to wait next to the table, where they kept the ripped and delivered, so that we stayed on the knock again or had to move to make a place. when we sat, we ordered our drinks and appetizers together, then the drinks all came to a time, with one of the juices lasted about 20 minutes. at this point the rest of us have ordered our second round of drinks. then about 25 minutes later came the first starter, we decided to order the net then. then came 45 minutes later 2 of the others. then my head came, but the other three didn't come half an hour later, another one came in, and then one side. after we asked, the last remaining starter came out. all starters were disappointing. the gyozas were warm inside and cold outside. in the meantime we saw the feeder filters in and out while the delivery area was constantly emerging. By now, the 3 tables came in immediately around us all, ordered, eaten and paid before we had made our second main and at least two of them complained while we were sitting there. at the end we left and went to the pub so that my remaining friends could eat. to connect, give up and leave almost 3 hours were past. the waitress was beautiful and removed the items we were waiting for, and those who were going forward, because we were not satisfied with the quality. but I felt bad for her because she had to apologize for us a dozen times. they gave us open that we had a much better service, and they could see that they were rushed by their feet. overall the place had run badly, deliveroo drivers were prioritized instead of the guests in the venue, the eating was not on scratches and it was the rush of their feet in front of house personnel who must carry the boarding of it. save the time, nando’s is 10 seconds to walk away."

Couldn’t put zero star mark as waited nearly an Hour just for my side dish and food absolute joke my girlfriends food came out before mine and we both ordered at same time like the service was a joke

Was the first restaurant we visited after coming out of the most recent lockdown. It never disappoints. staff was really helpful when trying to redeem a gift card from back last year. food was great, get the usual Katsu curry. I can't wait to get...back!

Dined here on a busy Friday evening and were greeted with a friendly smile! Very welcoming and attentive waiter, provided some recommendation and offered a vegan menu should we wished to explore alternative dishes. The food arrived within 10 mins, huge portion sizes and great...tasting as you’d expect. Great job High Wycombe Wagamama!

I love Wagamama and I was so pleased with my recent visit. Was very happy to go after all the lockdowns and being able to enjoy my favourite food. Ordered Chilli Prawn Kimchee Ramen which was absolutely delicious. Your chefs are amazing and service...was very friendly too. I very much enjoyed my visit and would recommend and come back again for sure. Kind regards

Love wagamama. Fresh and tasty fast food. And the beauty (like any chain reataurant) you know what you're getting. We had dinner here as a group, I had the pad Thai (beautiful) along with Asana Japanese beer. Food is served as it comes, generally not...an issue, but one of our friends didn't get theirs until we had all almost finished.that aside, food was tasty, service was fast and polite.

We went to Wagamama High Wycombe yesterday to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday. It was busy, as usual, and our waitress warned us there was a half-hour waiting for our order. Actually our waitress deserves a mention. Rochelle made my daughter feel special on her...birthday and brought her food a lot earlier than the estimated half an hour. She was so nice, attentive and bubbly, exactly like the place itself. And the food is always nice and perfectly presented. Loved it! And Thanks Rochelle!

the employees were generally very nice and understanding of the situation, but I ordered a huhn katsu and it came very raw then I ordered the steak teriyaki and that came extremely rare and at this point I was completely out. I will not come back, not by the fault of the floor staff, but the kitchen staff who, although they cut through the shun before they decorate it, have not yet realized that it was raw. Many thanks to the workers who reduced the order, but I hope that these kitchen staff are taught how to cook

Ordered a meal online with their click and collect service. The total came to £68 and when we clicked buy, the money was taken from our account and then we had a message to say that click and collect was unavailable at that restaurant!!!! I...called the restaurant and was told not to worry as the money will be refunded. She couldn't tell me when or by whom. I told the lady that I didn't want a refund, wanted my dinner. The only way she would process my order, was if I were to pay again. I am staggered, the food is stunning, but the service is beyond diabolical.

Oh, my God. I have been here many times and usually can not blame the place, but today's visit/experience was very disappointing. my main course arrived immediately and tasted super, so no complaining there, but my side order of the steamed rolls took old to come and they were cold when they finally came. then I had to wait old before I was served my dessert. enough to say the service I received this evening was quite dirty, which is a scandal that generally speaking I like the place and cannot find mistakes with eating. Maybe it was just a one-off because the restaurant was pretty busy. I hope so, because I definitely want to go back to some stage.
